We had the good fortune of connecting with Ximena Morales and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ximena, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor that contributes to our success is customer satisfaction. It starts from the first time the client calls our office, we make sure to listen carefully to our clients needs and wants, thus, offering the best solution for their event. Our front office is well experienced in event planning and event decorating. For clients new to hosting events, we suggest color schemes, layouts, tips on hosting their event and referral services, such as DJ’s, Photographers, Caterers, Florist and other event professionals. On installation day our clients then interact with our friendly technicians and no job site is left until the client is content with the look and placement of the items installed.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Tent and Party Events is a rental company that specializes in tents and pool covers However, we are not limited to just that. We have dance floors, stages, tables, chairs, linens and everything needed to host an event. What sets Tent and Party Events apart is our professionalism and attention to detail. We are proud of our customer satisfaction and the relations we have built through the years. We are excited about our future, granted we are currently experiencing times that none of us have ever gone through, but we know that after this pandemic passes we will all be stronger than before and we look forward continuing to serve our patrons in a field that brings people together.

Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
Some places to stay in Miami are, W Hotel in Brickell, Carillon Miami Wellness Resort in Collins, Kimpton EPIC Hotel and my favorite places to eat are Ceviche 105 and Pollos y Jarras.

First and foremost we would like to thank our clients who believe and trust in us.
