We had the good fortune of connecting with Xiomara And Frank Romero and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Xiomara and Frank, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
What we value most is family and the quality time we spend with them.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I travel with my husband Frank through out the United States in our 27 foot Airstream travel trailer, and we are Professional Organizers. Of course this wasn’t always the plan. After traveling the world for 22 years serving in the United States military, we decided to buy an RV and continue traveling to all the states this beautiful country has to offer. My husband served in the U.S. Navy, and I organized homes and planned moves for loved ones and friends throughout the years while also working in the medical field. This new life we took on was very exciting and scary at the same time, and with so many uncertainties. As minimalist, we took on to tiny living pretty quickly. Maintaining an organized home and having systems in place is important no mater the size of your space. Having a place for everything and everything in its place will it not only give you peace of mind, but also allow for an easier cleanup process, giving you more time to enjoy the things you love. We have relied heavily on social media and online ads to spread the word of our travels and to book clients for our organizing business. Occasionally we leave the airstream behind and catch a flight if a client requests our service in another part of the country.
Our Journey will continue to take us through this beautiful country, feeling free and enjoying what we love with the hopes we can inspire others, or at least help turn their space into an enjoyable, functional, and tranquil home.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Toro of Dania Beach would have to be one of my favorite places to eat, featuring Latin cuisines with out borders and proudly showcasing over 200 selections of tequila, mezcal and other agave spirits at their tequila library ” La Biblioteca”.
Cant go without spending a day or two at South Beach, Miami. Soaking up the sun and bathing in some of south Florida’s most vibrant beach. Not to mention all the restaurants featuring some of the best food Miami has to offer.
If your into street art, Wynwood is the place to go. It is a free neighborhood gallery worth visiting featuring some of the best street art graffiti around.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Our success and inspiration has always come from the love we have for our kids, Xavier, Daniel and Mateo Romero. We were very young parents. When Frank was 20 and I, Xiomara 21, we had 3 kids, married and what have always kept us going was and will always be the Love for our children. Our legacy to them was that no matter the age or circumstances, never stop going after what sets your soul free, brings you joy and happiness. Go out there and do it and never give up going after your happiness no matter how that looks like.
