Hi Yasunary Bueno, what do you attribute your success to?
The satisfaction of our customers is the most important factor for us, many of the things that we recover have a sentimental value that is more important than what it costs

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Deepcleanexperts: We clean &desinfect Sofas,Carperts,Area Rugs , Mattress ,Tile & Grout . January 2020 we started this project, we bought all the equipment, we paid for advertising, then in March the Pandemic arrived and our nightmare began, because just as we all isolated ourselves at home without going to work, with 2 small children aged 5 and 1, we survived a few months but we are already short of money, then some friends called us to clean their carpets because they wanted to disinfect them because they had already come out of the disease, then we began to get active, we only went so that friends and referrals where we knew they were healthy, we did not go so that strangers for fear of contagion.
Little by little we were accepting more and more referrals (savings were running out and 2 children to support) We did a weekly Anticovid exam and started buying special equipment to protect ourselves and clients.
The Pandemic at first eliminated us but then we were reborn with great strength.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Sunny Island,Míami Beach ,Zoo Miami, Coral Gables ,we have beautiful places everywhere

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Deepcleanexperts is a family company so we dedicate ourselves to our little kids , who give us strength day after day, we want to teach them that with honesty, empathy, resilience and dedication we can achieve everything we set out to do
