Hi Yoann, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years before starting Axia Media my digital marketing agency, and over the years I noticed that the #1 struggle for real estate investors was not being able to generate a good quality of leads. Meaning they were having a lot of conversation with non-motivated sellers.

I decided to use the processes and ad copies I created and tested in my own real estate business to create the “Inbound lead generation system” and help other real estate investors scale their business.

My company vision is to “help 1000 investors scale their businesses to 7 figures” (aka $1M/yr+)

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I created my digital marketing agency Axia Media in 2023 to help other real estate investors build and scale their businesses.

I use the skills I’ve acquired over 15 years of career in marketing and sales.

We help real estate investors on 2 fronts:
First, we build paid ads campaigns (on Facebook, Google, and Microsoft ads) to bring in a consistent flow of high-quality leads.

Then we implement our system (CRM, automation, AI Bot, virtual assistants) to build the back end necessary to achieve their goals.

Usually within 6 to 12 months of working with us, our clients go from solopreneurs to actual business owner.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
During the day, my favorite neighborhood is Midtown. To go out I’ll say Wynwood or Brickell.

Some of my favorite places in Miami:

Restaurants: Komodo, Kyu, Seaspice, 100 lucky.

Things to do: Wynwood walls, Southpointe, Brickell city center
