Persevere or Pivot?

To persevere or to pivot is a question that do-ers have been asking themselves since the beginning of time. It’s never a straight road when you are doing something new, blazing a trail, breaking a ceiling, or pushing boundaries, so it’s only natural to wonder whether to give up midway. How do you know whether to keep going or to give up?
When you think about giving up that means you no longer believe that all the talents/gifts you have no longer serve you any purpose. Think about It, imagine you give up the day before you receive the biggest breakthrough of your life. The only thing that hurts is thinking about when the breakthrough will come. Thats the thing, you never know. There are some things we can be very sure about though. Having consistency means you can look back two months later and not be the in the same place as you were before. As you grow in whatever goal you are trying to reach, there are things you realize you want to change about your business and etc. Giving up isn’t really an option when the gift you have is similar to others but unique and you’re depending on YOU to become successful not a 9-5. Imagine giving up and 5 years of doing nothing haunts you forever vs 5 years of a pruning consistent process. Giving up is never an option. Success is defined by the continuation of moving forward — even if it feels like one step at a time. What matters is that you keep moving. The belief that has made an enormous difference in my life is “compounded progress”, a culmination of many small tasks that eventually add up to be something considerable. Think of it like learning a language or going to the gym. Even if you do 30 minutes daily, consistency is critical to driving long-term results versus dramatic ebbs and flows over that period.
