Hi Sanela, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind our success and the success of our brand iUSE photography is all related to hard work, consistency and dedication. We always overdeliver to our thousands of Real Estate clients when we perform our Real Estate Photography Services. Also, it might seem basic and simple, but we are also very responsive at iUSE photography – we pick up the phone when customers call, we reply to emails and text messages very fast, and we are very reliable. We always keep our promise to our customers, and when we tell them that we have “Blue Sky Guarantee” and Next Day Delivery of our Real Estate HDR Photos, then we keep our promise and always deliver fully photoshopped HDR Photos the very next following morning. This is extremely rare to find in Miami. Most business don’t bother going the extra mile for their clients and have a poor customer service and poor quality, and that is something that we have changed in our business. At iUSE photography we only have the best real estate photography services, at the highest quality, fastest turn-around-time and very affordable. This is how you build a strong brand like ours.

What should our readers know about your business?
We saw a very big gap in the Florida Real Estate Industry, till this day the majority of Realtors and Brokers still use poor cellphone photos as the listing photos when trying to sell and market a property online. This is unheard of in any other multi billion dollar industry. We moved from Denmark, Europe to Miami and when we first arrived here to were looking at Real Estate to buy, and we thought that we were looking at all the wrong Real Estate Websites, because of the extremely poor presentation of the properties with very crappy and blurry listing photos. But we quickly realized that this is how the majority of Realtors market their listings in the MLS, so we saw a huge gap and a very big potential. Coming from Denmark, North Europe, we are only used to see 100% professional marketing and photography on all real estate listings for sale. So we wanted to change this in the Florida Real Estate Industry by being one of the first companies to introduce very High Quality Professional Real Estate Photography at very affordable rates and fully photoshopped HDR photos with the perfect “Blue Skies” on all our Images. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Whenever we have our friends and family visiting from abroad, e.g. visitors from Denmark, then we always start by showing the very impressive skyline of Brickell, and as a mandatory area on our list, we also always go for a walk in the South Point Park and out on the pier to really get a good feel of what Miami is all about. From the South Point Pier in Miami, our guests visiting Miami can see the famous South Beach beaches and experience the breeze from the ocean. Then we usually finish off by having dinner and drinks at Smith & Wollensky while watching the beautiful sunset.
