We had the good fortune of connecting with Sophia Louis and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sophia, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I have been an entrepreneur my whole life. I started modeling in my teens where I am the business. I am responsible to manage my schedule, my travels, my financing and ways to scale as a Model. As a Loan Officer and Realtor, it requires similar skills.
My thought process behind starting my own business is freedom and limitless success.
Having the freedom to do what I love while helping as many people as my team can handle is an indescribable feeling.
What should our readers know about your business?
As you may know, I am a Mortgage Loan Officer and Realtor.
My passion for helping people especially, first time home buyers sets me a part from my colleagues. I myself was a confused first time homebuyer. Therefore, I go through ever transaction with the desire to guide and educate my clients through the process.
As a Realtor, I utilize my skill set and experience in the mortgage financing industry to assist my clients.
I am most proud of the wealth that our generation is generating through real estate.
I got to where I am today through a lot of prayers, persistency, failures, perseverance, work ethic and faith. You just have to keep at !
It is not easy but definitely worth it.
My biggest challenge is un-teaching prospective buyers misleading information. I overcome that by producing easy to follow educational content.
My brand is to educate, inspire elevate.
Fashionably Funding Home Loan. 🙂
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I have a few faves.
I currently live in Boynton Beach, FL
We would be all over South FL.
On Friday night we would stay local and hand out downtown Delray Beach, FL.
We would grab a bite to eat at Salt7 then head by the beach on A1A.
Saturday morning, early sunrise walk in Lake-worth Beach, FL followed by breakfast at Benny’s On The Beach.
We would head to Miami for dinner at
Steak Papi.
Sunday we would head to Joia in Miami- lay by the water, sip tasty cocktails and catch the vibes.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I d like to think of myself as a student of life.
I learn from everyone around me.
Some of my peers are my biggest mentor.
My success is definitely a result of great mentorship (formal and non-formal).
There are just too many to name but as they are reading this they know, they have contributed to the person that I am today.
