One piece of conventional advice I disagree with is the way our older parents, grand parents and the elders that raised us painted the picture of what we are supposed to be when we grow up. I realized a lot of our elders always want us to be lawyers, doctors, nurses, technicians. However it is rare when you see them encoring art. Debt is Bad, avoid it at all costs. This statement is overused, Debt a Tool in my opinion. If you can use debt in your business to advance and grow… DO IT!
