Working hard or hardly working?

What’s the right balance between work and non-work time? The traditional 9-5 has slowly disappeared with the emails and zoom and texting going far beyond traditional business hours. We asked members of our community to share with us how they think about work-life balance.

Essentially, it’s about seeing potential and positivity in everything around me, which is crucial for achieving success. This ability helps me make smart choices. I’m not just talking about picking out what looks nice; it’s more about making decisions quickly, changing things when needed, and being creative on the spot. I trust my judgment a lot. I have to admit that there is nothing romantic about being successful. I always listen to successful people talk about inspiration and the journey, but for me is very far from that haha. It’s hard work, tears, discipline, and resilience. To be where I am right now, there have been more lows than highs. That’s why you have to enjoy to the fullest those few moments where you really feel you’ve achieved a goal. Be present, enjoy, and continue to live this path you’ve chosen.
