To me family is very important but also those friends we meet along the way that become our family ,that believe in us and want us to thrive with nothing to gain from it . True unconditional friends.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I used to work at a hair salon for 13 years , I was ready to open my own salon when we got into the pandemic with Covid 19 , a few months later I reached out to the owners on The Beauty Mall and i was able to rent a studio and that’s when Beauty by Color was born , There are always challenges but when u love what you do and you work hard , people will support and follow you , I take pride in my work ethic and in growing as a professional hairstylist.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami has a great mix of different cultures and that’s what makes it unique , there are many places to visit but I will mention some of my favorites -Fairchild Tropical Garden
-Vizcaya
-Pérez Museum
-Mathewson Hammock Park and Marina .
-South Pointe Miami Beach .
Restaurants : Versalles , Monty’s Joes Stone crab , Rusty Pelican , Crust , Chica , The Red Hen ,Bodega, Fiola , Mamey , Ecléctico , Mía Italia , Wisk , Apizza Brooklyn , Root and Bone ,
Ice cream : Azúcar
Best key lime pie : Cindy’s Lou cookies .

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My biggest cheerleader has been my son Jack , he is always the one saying “ mom you got this “ My family , that think I have superpowers, and my friends that call me “ Miss Positive “and tell me to stop underestimating myself , and in special my clients that have been with me for around 16 years , believing in me and supporting everything I do , I wouldn’t be who Iam without their love and support.
