Hi Ditzan, what do you want your legacy to be?
My mission is to be recognized as a person who brings value to the world. My goal is to help as many families as humanly possible to obtain their dream home or their perfect investment, not just because the amount of transactions I can close and the amount of money I can make but people need and deserve to be guided and that is my responsibility as a real estate advisor.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Being in real estate has an impact that only we as advisors can relate to. Helping families, many of them are immigrants who have been in the US for only a few years and are able to close on their first home purchase is a feeling that barely can’t be described.

Honesty and loyalty have the effect of families entrusting me with such a big step in their lives. I always strive for excellence when it comes to what I do because I do it with passion. Everyday challenges show up upon me but I find a way to overcome them.

I’ve learned that humans need to be taken care of. I didn’t become an advisor to pressure people to buy or sell real estate with me, they are the ones that decide when the time is right and makes sense for them. Once they make the decision, I will be behind their backs to provide guidance which is my role.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Miami is an unique city. You can find restaurants and places to have a good time almost everywhere within the city.

If you want to visit a place that has wonderful views, high-end dinning experience and at the same time move around in a luxurious environment, I would suggest to visit Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Edgewater, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, among other nice areas.

Miami’s culture is extensive. The dinning experience is wide with restaurants from different regions around the globe. Rooftops has become a popular way to have a drink, connect with other people and spend an evening in Miami.

The city is famouse for its perfect weather all year round. Therefore, it is a hot attraction for tourists.

Multi-billion dollar companies are moving to South Florida, bringing their employees and even buying primary residences in Miami because of the benefits they receive in our beautiful city like low state taxes and business friendly government.

Overall, that’s why many call Miami the Magic City.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?

I decided to take on the real estate journey when I was just 19 years old. I went all in as a full-time agent with zero knowledge and experience about the industry. I am extremely grateful for my family who supports me and trust in me every time I decide to take a step forward.

I also want to thank the team behind the scenes at the office that has been backing up every single move I made since the beginning.

Working on self development has helped me growth so much at a personal and business level. Reading books and listening to podcasts has been a life changer for me.
