Hi Sharell, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Whoo this is a doozy! This has always been the plan, but I was comfortable and complacent. I was not planning on starting my business without a net in place! Working a corporate drone job, on auto pilot. Feeling under-valued and unappreciated. Just plugging along and then poof! I was let go suddenly! Biggest blessing for me!

I want to be DIFFERENT! Honesty and integrity are my most valuable assets in business. I build trust with my clients, because they know I won’t lie to them to make more money. Amazing customer service, and a genuine desire to fix peoples skin concerns!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I spent a year researching new devices on the market. I stumbled upon Procell Microchanneling, and spent ANOTHER year researching THAT! It is one of the newest and most innovative skincare treatments on the market!

I spent 7 months donating plasma twice a week to pay for my investment! That’s dedication!

I come from very a tumultuous background, raised in foster care, after years of abuse and abandonment from my birth parents. I have been a warrior my entire life, and this is no different. My ability to never give up on something I believe in is second to none! Nothing is going to keep me from becoming who I was intended to be!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Being an avid scuba diver, I would first take them out to one of my favorite shallow reefs where I could take them down on my octo, and get YET another person hooked on being in the ocean!

Then, seeing as how it’s my best friend, karaoke would be involved! There are MANY places in South Florida that I love to do karaoke, and can find me doing just that most Fridays!

Last, Lunch at City Seafood, air boat tour and gator experience at Wootens!! Those baby gators will MELT your heart!!! (If you can’t tell I’m a crazy animal lover…I hang out with sharks on purpose!)

Nicks in Hollywood is a must, and Catfish Dewey’s can’t be missed!

Shopping in Las Olas, because let’s face it…it’s the best’

And a wine cruise!! Yes please…

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I could t even BEGIN to attribute my success to ONE person or group! There are so many people I’ve learned from along the way, and so many people that deserve to be recognized! Recently thought, it’s been my friend Adi Schwartz-Gomez! I’ve watched she and her husband for the last 5 years work their businesses, and expand and grow! Her wisdom, advice, guidance, and connections here in Broward have been utterly invaluable!
