We had the good fortune of connecting with Gloribell Lebron and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gloribell, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
When I think about risks, the first thing that comes to mind is getting out of a comfort zone. This has never been easy for anyone (me included), and to take giant steps or make significant changes, you must take risks and a leap of faith. In my professional life, taking risks has been something that has helped me become stronger. Starting my firm was the first risk I took some years ago. While this journey has not been easy, I trusted my talents and desire to create beautiful spaces.
When it comes to clients, helping them take that step into a new space is always a challenge. But having the ideal tools (whether it’s a finished floor plan, design board, or renderings) has helped them to dive into this journey. Talking to them about how this new space will look and feel and all the benefits of a functional new area have also eased their angst. It is not easy to step out of that space or room you’ve grown accustomed to, their “comfort zone”. But I completely get it; part of my mission is to guide them through this process and reassure them that, in the end, taking risks will be the best decision they’ve ever made!

What should our readers know about your business?
“Simple, organic, and curated” are just some words that Gloribell uses to describe her approach to interior design. After finishing Interior Design school (and while still working as a graphic designer), she decided to start a new venture. With more than seven years of experience in transforming spaces, Gloribell hasn’t stopped looking for new ways to cultivate a comforting atmosphere in all her projects.

“While trends may come and go, having a home that reflects your style is my top priority.” If you are looking for ways to take advantage of the existing square footage that feels impossible to achieve, G. Lebron Interiors will develop a thorough plan with solutions to make sense of the functionality and aesthetics of your home.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I consider myself to be a wine snob. Because of this, any good restaurant in the area with a nice wine list is my to-go with friends visiting the area. Places like Leku, Zucca and Xixon are my favorite spots in Miami!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family (especially my husband) has supported me through this journey. Long-distant friends have never stopped believing in me, and their words of encouragement have great importance in my life.
