We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachel Glaser and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rachel, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I have been an entrepreneur for the past 13 years and had my share of success and no not failures, but rather learning experiences. The most important factor or factors I should say, behind my success is having a positive mindset, staying humble and focusing on providing the best service to others by combining my values and professionalism. I believe that success is a path and not a destination. You are either one step away from giving up and throwing it all away or moving forward into your next big step. You get to make the decision which direction that is for you. That is powerful.

Being a Real Estate Agent is not only about my success and improving my life, but I also get to help improve the lives of my current and future clients. There is so much that goes into a real estate transaction including negotiations and lots of emotions. Providing a personalized and up to date experience while staying on top of the industry trends and market knowledge helps me give the best service and drives me forward to keep on going and growing.

What should our readers know about your business?
I have a background in sales and I am a graphic/brand designer as well as an alternative fashion stylist. Moving to Miami made me fall in love with each unique neighborhood and it’s architecture and design. That is how my career in Real Estate began, and I love how it actually combines all of my knowledge and expertises from other industries. It is extremely exciting but also challenging to work in this industry but I don’t let that stop me because I focus on where I want to go. There will always be real estate and people will always need a home to live in. Therefor there will always be a need for a realtor. I pride my self with my ability to use my creativity to connect with my clients, see their vision in my mind and help them with their Real Estate Goals.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Wow this is a hard one. Miami has so much to offer and there is so much diversity in the things I love to do here From family friendly activities to a sexy night out I would probably have to do my top 5:

1. The beach. You can not come to Miami and not go to the beach. From Key Biscayne to Sunny Isles choose your spot and spend the day there.

2. Tidel Cove in Aventura. The most luxurious water park you’ve ever been to. The best water activity for all ages hands down!!

3. Brickell is one of my favorite neighborhoods. It is absolutely stunning. I would probably go to a night out at Sugar Roof Top Lounge at East Miami.

4. I’m vegan and my favorite restaurant and a must go to culinary experience and great Miami vibe is Planta South Beach. They also have the best cocktails.

5. Shopping is a part of the Miami experience so I would have to recommend Aventura Mall because they truly have it all from affordable to luxury shopping and great restaurants to dine at.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
As much as I believe that that you are responsible for your success I have to give credit and love to the people that help me become the best version of myself and help me to continue the path to my success. I am a wife and mamma of 2 little humans that make sure that I keep my work and and life in balance.

I also believe that having great mentorship and being in a positive environment is extremely important for your success. I love learning and getting advice from mentors who achieved and reached the places where I want to go.
