We had the good fortune of connecting with JUAN HENRIQUEZ and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi JUAN, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
The balance in my life has change over the time like any person. It change as the achievement happen and I adapt and rebalance to keep enjoying like, family and work.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My paintings are a deep and joyful result of exploration and exploitation of the white space every time I need to the a story with images. I exited about discovering always deferents approaches to the work session in my studio. I’ve learned the only way to reach my goals in life is to confront them, chase them and persist on doing until achieve them.
I my artwork to stay available to the world after I leave. It will talk for me and touch for me.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My city is full of nice places to visit. I prefer good exhibitions, great food experiences and spend I good time enjoying nature.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I dedicate this shoutout to Lisu Vega. She is the person I trust the most and the person who helped me and motivated me the most. She is a brilliant artist, entrepreneur, and amazing wife plus mother of my two sons.
