Hi Bianca, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Hello All. My name is Bianca Monfaite, CEO and Master Stylist behind AúBridal Hair Designs. We are a luxury Bridal Hairstyling company providing quality styling services, & lacing each bride in the finest Quality of hair extensions. In just three years, myself and my team have transformed the business from servicing South Florida, to now traveling World Wide. The reason for getting into this business in the first place was because I there was a demand for talented bridal hairstylist & I knew that It would be the perfect transition for me. I so passionately wanted to get away from the every day salon experience.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from others, is my willingness to go far beyond my jobs description, to ensure that everything is damn near perfect. There’s so much that goes on behind the scenes that a lot of people never get to witness: from sewing wedding gowns back together, to being the chauffeur or even a shoulder to cry on when the emotions where just too high or even acting as a coordinator; I’m there. & because I want my brides happy I’ll always be there, to do whatever.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If ever you’re in town, hanging with me, we’d likely be at Joia beach enjoying the cocktails and taking in the Miami life. If the kiddos are with us, we’d likely get a room at the Turnberry and enjoy Aventuras Tidal cove. One of my all time favorite places to dine is at Holly Blue right here in Ft. Lauderdale or Novikov in Miami. No matter what, anytime spent with me is a vibe.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to dedicate this shoutout to every bride that has ever given me the opportunity to use them as a muse to express myself through hair creativity & giving me the honor of being a part of such an important day. I’d love to shout-out the Lord for gifting me this talent, and for showing me how to navigate my business the way that do. Last but not least, I’d love to thank my support system; all of those whom referred someone, anyone, those that’ve been rooting for me, & all of those that help make AuBridal what it is. Thank you.
