We had the good fortune of connecting with Charlie Pace and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Charlie, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
When you first start out it can be a tough road, You need to become thick skinned and be ready for rejection, not everyone will want to work with you and think your the right candidate for their brand/hotel. If you be patient and stick at it with out taking things to personal the right brands will work with you and you can find your way
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a full time travel and content creator, it all started out as a hobby and lone for travel. I started to visit luxury hotels and my love for creating content started to grow my instagram. I didn’t take it to seriously at first and I did spend extensive money on travelling then I started to attract brands that wanted to work with me. I have so many big brands I will be working with over the next few months that are huge achievements for me and I am super excited to share with you guys! Brands I never thought would look at me for a split second!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of the most special places I’ve visited is Antigua, I would most definitely take my best friend there. They have the most beautiful restaurants there, amazing food and settings. Sheer rocks is one of my favourites the views are insane, the food is really nice to. I would also visit Rokuni Japanese if you go along on a Sunday they have a Dj and you can rent a day bed it’s a really nice vibe. I would definitely return back to pigs in paradise where you get to swim with the pigs as This experience alone is unbelievable. Shirley heights is also a traditional event they have where there is lots of local food and live bands to where tourists and locals go to watch one of the most amazing sunsets on the island
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shout out is to my husband, my travel partner for believing in my hobby and supporting me into taking it to the next level to become my full time occupation
