Meet Oksana Gruzdyn | Immunology Research Scientist and CEO of Viktoriya and Oksana LLC

We had the good fortune of connecting with Oksana Gruzdyn and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Oksana, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
There are several important factors behind success of our business.
1. The biggest moment of growth and success for us is being in the right environment. If you want to be fit, you need to become friends with fit people. If you want to be optimistic, you must ruthlessly eliminate people from your life who are not optimistic. This applied in many other areas in life as well.
The important lessons I learned along the way is that if you feel afraid, ever – fix your circle now. Get around people who know what they are doing and having fun. Surround yourself with people who have already achieved what you want and learn from them.
When you surround yourself with people who are positive, successful, enthusiastic, you will become successful a lot quicker.
2. We were also not afraid of failing. We were more concerned about wasting time or anything taking longer than it needed to.
3. We learned quickly from our mistakes, and we knew that challenges were going to happen as a normal part of growth, and we didn’t let those setbacks stop us from moving forward. This is why people who succeed are often not the smartest, but rather the most resilient. If there is one action step that we could recommend, it would be this: make decisions quickly and go all in now, not later.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I started my career as an immunology research scientist. I first became interested in research when I was in high school. In college, I had a great immunology professor that helped me narrow down my field of study.
While completing my studies and over the last 13 years, I went on to publish dozens of research papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented our research work in international and national research conferences.
I wasn’t the child selling things or a “born entrepreneur”. I was just someone willing to take action to have the life that I wanted.
My sister and I felt passionate about science, innovation, creativity, and anti-inflammatory nutrition and lifestyle.
We spend a decade of our life studying how every food interacts on a cellular level when it comes to inflammation, organ and immune repair.
Our program has improved immunity, body’s ability to fight infections, reversed damage from long term chronic inflammation, long haul covid, increased athletic performance in athletes, and improved healing and recovery after surgeries.
Hundreds of our clients have reversed their symptoms and labs even after decade of illness, and quite a number of them have been told by their rheumatologist that they are no longer diagnosable as have an autoimmune disease.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Since I love dancing, I would take my best friend dancing with me as well as go to the Sunny Isles beach and enjoy swimming or scuba diving in Miami. What I love the most about Miami is the diversity and there are many water sports activities you can enjoy with friends and family.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
In 2012, my sister Viktoriya and I spent significant time daily reading and listening to audio books that ultimately inspired us to change the course of our future and start our own business. Some of these books included those by Napoleon Hill, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and Maxwell Maltz.
