Hi Yosbany, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own business was a challenging and rewarding decision. I was lucky to be a part of and wanted to provide a workplace that fostered growth and family values. With my background and experience in the industry I decided to offer specialty engineering services to the market and focus on delivering high-quality safe and durable work, while building relationships with our partners and giving them exceptional customer service.

What should our readers know about your business?
At structural Builders and restoration we have a passion for designing and constructing structures that stand the test of time, a desire to provide specialized services in the Waterproofing, Post-Tensioning and Concrete Restoration Field. With a team of qualified professionals, structural engineers, and construction experts, we are “Building The New and Restoring The Past.”

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This is Miami, if you’re not out in the water, you’re not doing it right! Honestly, anywhere along the coast is a good time. Personally I love spending time in Miami Beach, marveling over the city skyline as the sun sets, or one of our many national parks enjoying the outdoors.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
In my career many people have lent their expertise and knowledge, helping me grow. One of these people is a person I hold very dear, and served as a mentor to me. John Crigler, Senior Technical Advisor at Structural Technologies, was an instrumental piece in my advancement as an engineer, and with his guidance I developed into the person I am today.
