Hi Jerrell, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
One Of My Favorite Quotes is JAY-Z And It Goes “You Gotta Remind Yo Self Nobody Built Like You Designed Ya Self”. What It Meant To It’s Only One Me And They Can Imitate You But Never Duplicate. I Like About It The Is It Gave Me Confidence So Now It’s Engraved In Me.

What should our readers know about your business?
To Sum Up “The Chef Jay Experience” It’s a catering group of innovators. We take your favorite house hold dishes and give them a full 360. What really gravitated me to doing this having my guest interact and really see why I enjoy creating different dishes. It took a lot of timing and redirecting to get to where I’m at now and it sure wasn’t easy. There were a lot of time and emotion put into perfecting my craft and still have more room for improvement. Number one lesson that was long I’d be patient and trust god’s timing. What he has for you is definitely only for you. Just here to make a statement that we are the New Taste of Miami.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definitely have it set up that I would cook personally for them. Especially if I know there tastebuds I would really wow them by putting a twist on there favorite dish or dishes.
