We had the good fortune of connecting with Isaac ‘Yitzi’ Nussbaum and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Isaac ‘Yitzi’, how do you think about risk?
When talking about risk assessment, it is observed that a considerable number of professionals within the real estate and sales industry refuse to reinvest in themselves in the areas that matter. Many people are in this for the “bling” of it all and do not seem to consider the core of the real estate industry, which is the client, the client experience and expanding your network. This becomes extremely noticeable when looking at it from a marketing perspective. I firmly assert that allocating resources towards client experience, branding, and marketing is paramount in building and expanding your business.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
It really starts with knowledge and understanding value. Understanding the market we serve, and the value we bring to our clients. Coming from a diverse cultural background we are able to connect with clients from all walks of life. Our main focus is providing a luxury experience for everyone and place value on the services we provide and maintaining relationships after closing. Clients like the experience of dealing with someone that is not just doing this part time, but fully obsessed with the industry and delivering them the best results and our team is obsessed.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
One of my favorite spots to go when I am in town is Brickell. It’s the perfect place to be if you are looking to live that luxury lifestyle. Also I am a big fan of steak, and FUEGO BY MANA is a must. It’s the best kosher steakhouse in Miami.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Tom Ferry and the coaching ecosystem has not only enriched my life but given me the proper tools to assess any situation the real estate field throws my way. Through one on one guidance, script development, educational seminars and workshops Tom Ferry and his team of coaches provide excellent information for new and seasoned professionals.
