Hi Tamara, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
One of my favorite quotes is by Charles R. Swindoll, and it goes: “Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it.”

This quote resonates with me because it reminds me that while we may not always have control over the events that unfold in our lives, we do have control over our attitudes and responses to those events. Life is filled with ups and downs, unexpected twists, and moments of both joy and sadness. It’s easy to get caught up in feeling like a victim of circumstances, but this quote serves as a powerful reminder that we have the power to choose our reactions. Our attitude and perspective can significantly influence how we navigate through the obstacles and triumphs that life presents us.

I appreciate this quote’s empowering message, as it encourages me to focus on what I can control- my mindset, actions, and outlook. It’s a call to take responsibility for my own happiness and growth, rather than placing blame on external factors.

In my professional life, real estate business, I often encounter situations where unforeseen circumstances arise. This quote reminds me to stay solution-oriented, even in challenging times. By maintaining a positive and constructive approach, I can better assist my clients in finding the best possible outcomes.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I work as a realtor in South Florida, focusing on sales of New Construction properties. What sets me apart from other agents is my genuine passion for my work and my fascination of a new build projects in the area. Every time I visit a new development for a tour, I approach it with great enthusiasm, carefully examining every detail and learning about its unique features. As a new agent, I am constantly learning something new each day. Over time, I have come to realize that this is a bonus because it drives me to ask numerous questions and dig deep to find solutions to any situation or challenge. The most significant lessons I have learned to date are to believe in myself, stay committed to my path, and maintain a healthy balance between my family and work. I want to showcase the beauty of a New Construction Projects and enable people to experience the joy of living in a Brand-New Home. It brings me great pleasure to assist individuals in finding their ideal living space, guiding them through the selection process with enthusiasm and dedication.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I live in Boca Raton, FL, and there are so many beautiful and interesting spots to see in the area. I keep my clients and my followers on IG always updated on must-visit local spots. And if I have to create a recommendation on a day in Boca, it will look like this: Start your day with coffee from one of the local coffee shops (don’t make me choose only one, there are too many good ones!). “The Seed”, “Third Place Coffee Lounge”, “The Modern Rose” are my go-to places. Then, let’s remember you are in South Florida, so definitely visit a Spanish River Beach to relax and get some tan. Afterward, pass by the Mediterranean restaurant “Al-Natour” to have a lunch and go for a walk in Downtown Boca – Mizner Park. While you’re there, be sure to visit the Boca Raton Museum of Art! And finally, finish the day with a delicious dinner at “Houston’s” or go for a unique dining experience at “Sunset Sushi”.

I am incredibly grateful for my family, and above all, my husband, who supports me in all aspects of my life.
