Hi Litan-Halle ( LH ), is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?

I love quotes , I’m in a strong romantic relationship with words so this why
I’m also a dope writer. I create my own ones from time to time. I use my past experiences&pain&lessons when I write so it’s really empowering me and I’m getting a lot of appreciation from others . This one I created in 2017;

“When the doubt tickles your heart, gaze forward to the obstacle- it will blink first”

Being an actress it’s challenging because getting more “no” than “yes” could create a “field of infinite doubts” in the heart – but when you embrace the path and the obstacles that are always in the way– you become unstoppable. For me this quote also means no fear , no looking down, know your worth , have fun like life it’s just a game, and mostly be brave to show up – because the one who wants to succeed have to be willing to failed- and to raise again- this is one of the truths about real success.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
-First of all, thank you for the opportunity and for contacting me! 
I am an Israeli actress and a professional “facemaker” who started her “amateur career” already at the “respectable” age of 4 😉 when I refused for about a year to take off my “Jojo Halastra” costume, a comic character who was famous in Israel at the time. It became the only outfit I agreed to wear, and I walked around our family small hotel with it happily doing imitations of the character to all the guests passing by – in that point everyone understood that I was a “special, wild and funny kid” and that I’m here to amuse and to improve everyone’s mood.
What are my “cards?” My one-time life story, which is a particularly electrifying journey of heroism and survival – which includes unique and one-time experiences that almost no other soul has had to experience and deal with in this lifetime – I think it gave me the ability to experience and feel all types of emotions and feelings that life has to offer, both on the positive side and on the negative side – if I felt and thought, as a young actress, that I didn’t have “real materials” to create from in relation to the other actors around me, today I know that there is no one who has the spectrum of my emotions and feelings from which I can create empowering and healing magic.
My other cards are the various trainings I gained alongside my acting career in the field of mind-body-soul that developed in me the abilities to analyze the human mind in various situations, as well as athletic abilities in many different kinds of sports – these allow me to play a large number of different characters – including my favorite, bad-ass wild brave girls.

So, nice to meet you, I’m a proud and victorious survivor, I almost ended my life on plant earth twice already before the age of 30. the oddest thing is that on both times, between the ages of 27-29, it happened in June, the sixth month – which connects to the light energy of family, salvation and harmony in the world according to numerology and spiritual world .

in another article which was recently published and can be found on my website and on my Instagram page, I opened my heart widely and shared about the unique journey full of challenges, traumas and obstacles from which I chose only to grow and get stronger and I invite you to come in read and get stronger together with me .
So with your permission and since I am very spiritual and prefer that we concentrate on the present and create a rosy future, this time I will choose to put the focus only on the lessons that are important for every person, and certainly every sensitive artistic soul, to adopt as daily mantras from now until infinity:

-There is a God, he revealed himself/herself to me in a particularly special near-death experience, he/she/it recruited me into his army – I call his army Light Worker, do you want to enlist too? Start with self-love, the instructions will follow. 😉 there’s a kind of a love that, GOD only KNOWS trust me you want it .

– When the doubt tickles your heart, gaze forward to the obstacle- it will blink first.

– In our most difficult pains and experiences, if we choose – we will find great clues about the unique calling that only we came here to fulfill, to create and to make a change for the better.

– Everyone has a “story” something that you can hold on to and stay in the disgruntled victim mode that deals all day with comparing genetics and destiny – Sorry, but everyone is dealing with demons, so let’s let go of the story, and let’s understand what wounds the “story” caused in us, heal them and start flying.

-Real trauma throws us into the lion’s den, but it is only so that we can discover that we have always been the best lion in the jungle of life to began with within.. if we have not fought for ourselves until now, the trauma will come and make us roar and know the real power of self-love like we have never known.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oh wow a good one , well I’m still pretty new here and I’m so excited to discover all the wonder that are waiting for me heads – but I do want to share about a really special nature place named
“Patch of Heaven Sanctuary”
It’s a really a heavenly place and you will get an heavenly feelings you didn’t even know were excites !
I’m a nature Mowgli girl so every place connects with nature will make me happy and fresh .

I especially love butterflies – and I feel like that in Miami they are everywhere!!! I love it about Miami !

I’m in the “5-7 am club” cus I love the parts of the days there is still light , on and I’m a big addicts of sunsets as well;)

I’m general I’m really open to exploring and experience new places and different attractions, some times I can get “bored” really easy and will start looking for something new to see or do.

There is a special feeling when you do/see something for the first times .. I really believe you always remember your firsts times if your are being preset – life is a magical present .

I also really enjoy music shows , music has the power to heal-
Well we can say that every place/experience that is connected to art will make me happy – are is the must important field in the plant – so let’s raise and shine artists! Is our time to light it up 🫶🏻

About what do I eat and drink well I hold a really clean nutrition – as I mention I’m really spiritual so I know that there is a connection between our mind body and soul – we are also what we choose to put inside of our body-
So please I really recommend you guys always read the little words ands check what each products contain.
Now days We live in a really special “world” , you have you connect strong to your inner being and put doubts in everything your read hear and sees – your are the one who knows the best what’s right for your own specific special soul&body -ֶ I don’t eat dead animals except of clean fishes because in the Kabbala water with salt is the highest energy there is and it cleans it all, and I avoid gluten and also I try to avoid dairy .

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I truly believe that I have so many different people in my journey which I never been in the place iam today with them- some of them just trough me 1 sentence right where I needed to here it – but first and foremost My mom/sister/Wonder Woman

I’m really connected to my mom – she is a unstoppable brave force that always goes with her truth .
Since I was young she always told me there is no problem without a solution , that a woman have to stand tall and fight for her opinions, and mainly ? She was always humble and real with out being polite, which is really rare since must of the people try to please everyone in order to be like – but she didn’t – she was willing to take the “fire” for her self respect by putting boundaries and stayed real- and for me real means integrity- and integrity? Means everything.
