We had the good fortune of connecting with Neha Raman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Neha, how do you define success?
To me success is getting to live my life the way I want on my terms. Money comes and goes and I am a big goal setter so I will always have something new I want to achieve. But all that aside, if I’m able to have a fun filled life doing all the things I love with the people I love, then I would say that’s pretty successful.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
In my professional journey, I work as a UX designer, leveraging my skills to enhance user experiences in the digital realm. While my day job in UX design is both fulfilling and challenging, my true passion lies in the world of content creation. Beyond pixels and interfaces, I delve into the dynamic realm of social media, particularly on TikTok, where I share valuable entrepreneurship advice and offer insightful reviews of beauty products, (especially my “brown girl approved” series). This platform allows me to seamlessly blend my creative instincts with my business acumen and just overall love for creating content.

Moreover, my enthusiasm for storytelling extends to my podcast, “The Millionaire’s Mic,” where I explore the fascinating stories of successful individuals who have achieved millionaire status, unraveling the unique paths they navigated to reach their current positions. This venture not only reflects my dedication to content creation but also serves as a source of inspiration for those aspiring to make their mark in the business world.
It’s hard to explain what I do for a living given my broad range of interests – but why not do it all?

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If a friend was visiting, I would start by taking them to Disney Springs. It’s a super cute area to walk around in, full of nice shops and restaurants. I would then (of course) plan a beach day at St. Pete’s beach and then explore the pier at St. Pete’s as well. We could even do a sunset cruise in Tampa. I would also make sure we had some time to relax and do a chill pool day. And with enough time, I would take my friend down to Miami to explore the amazing food and beaches there too.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a huge shoutout to my parents for always pushing me to think creatively. They really encouraged me to go down the entrepreneurship path and have given me nothing but love and support.
