We go beyond beauty by offering facial treatments and body contouring fused with a holistic approach to nutrition, exercise, and wellness. Our secret sauce? We operate after hours, making it effortless for hardworking individuals to prioritize their health goals without disrupting their busy schedules.

What sets us apart is our holistic approach –with 18 years in the health and wellness industry we combine body contouring, skin care treatments, and a comprehensive wellness regimen encompassing nutrition and exercise. Our pride stems from making health achievable for the busy individual. We’re excited about transforming lives and fostering a community culture of self-care and confidence.

Our journey to this point wasn’t easy, but challenges were opportunities in disguise. Overcoming them involved relentless dedication and adaptability. We learned that resilience and innovation are keys to growth. Embracing challenges led us to refine our services and cater better to our community.

Enjoy waterfront dining at GG’s Waterfront Bar & Grill, or taco beach shack and explore natural wonders at the Anne Kolb Nature Center. Venture into ArtsPark at Young Circle for cultural experiences and sample diverse cuisines at places like Tardes Caleñas and Hoshi Sushi. You can Relax on Hollywood Beach, catch live music at the Hollywood Beach Theater, and delve into the local arts scene at the Art and Culture Center. Discover hidden gems like the Hollywood Arts Park at a young Circle and enjoy a mix of food delights at beautiful downtown district strip. Throughout, consider day trips to nearby Fort Lauderdale Beach, the Everglades, or Gulfstream Park, Aventura mall, Dania Pointe or even head a bit south to Miami for a well-rounded experience.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I owe a heartfelt shoutout to several significant contributors in my journey. First and foremost, I am deeply grateful for the invaluable support of my family that has been my biggest supporter including my mother Euridis, father Richard and my two daughters Naomi and Ariana. I am eternally grateful for the countless mentors within the aesthetic and healthcare industry over the last two decades like Beatriz the owner and NP at Biostetix, and educators at school have been pillars of wisdom, sharing their expertise and insights, which profoundly influenced my approach to beauty and wellness. Equally deserving of recognition are my clients, whose feedback and aspirations have been the driving force behind my mission to create realistic and tailored solutions. Lastly, my friends and my fitness trainer,whose unwavering support and guidance were instrumental in helping me navigate through the challenges of social anxiety when working out and teaching me to fall in love with fitness and nutrition many years ago, shaping my confidence and resilience
along with a supportive community who have encouraged and believed in me every step of the way, contributing significantly to where I am today.
