I took on my situation as a challenge and twenty five years later I am a marketing and communication expert with 25 years of experience and despite my illnesses, I have been able to swim the Strait of Gibraltar twice (Spain to Morroco) , the 40 kilometres of the Menorca channel, and the Euro-Asia crossing (Kastelorizo – Kas). Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take you to see the historical buildings of the city, then I would take you to the most secret places that I know but that are not on the tourist itinerary, to discover the secrets of the city, so that you would have the opportunity to get in touch with the “real” people of the city or the country. A typical meal of my country would not be missing and would bring you in contact with the culture. We would also go to a traditional music venue.
My aim would be to bring you in contact with the architecture, the people, the gastronomy and the music of the country. A totally cultural route

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Difficult to answer since there s many more than just one. Viktor Frankl and his book: Man in search of meaning
My family
My trainer
So many human being that with their silent example have inspired me on overcoming difficulties and reaching important goals in life.
