Getting to where we are today hasn’t been easy. Like any business, we’ve faced our fair share of challenges along the way. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Imagine this: you and your best buddy roll out of bed, ready for a day of biohacking hilarity. First stop? The shop, where you’ll most definitely have to get into the ice bath…but with extra laughs and a side of shivers. Next up, it’s time to shred it up at the gym for a quick workout. After working up a sweat, you’ll refuel with some grass fed meat with an organic avocado because hey, you gotta fuel those gains somehow. Then, it’s off to do some breathwork, where you’ll channel your inner Wim Hof and master the art of superhero breathing. Don’t worry, it’s not as serious as it sounds – just a whole lot of laughs and maybe a few dizzy spells. After all that excitement, it’s time to kick back and relax with some organic coffee chat about elevating life and what’s next. And to top it all off, why not wrap up the day with a big ol’ celebration of your biohacking adventures? Hit up a local meetup or hang out with fellow biohackers for some laughs, camaraderie, and maybe even a little friendly competition. After all, it’s not every day you get to geek out over ice baths and weird breathing exercises with your bestie! My friends love me…I think LOL

I want to dedicate my shoutout to my fiance, Carter. He’s been my rock, my biggest supporter, and my partner in crime through it all. From the moment we met, he’s been by my side, encouraging me to chase my dreams and pushing me to be the best version of myself. We’re known as the power couple for a reason – we’re unstoppable together. Every day, we’re a team, lifting each other up with unwavering love, support, and encouragement. When I’m hesitant, Carter’s there, urging me to take the leap with his unwavering confidence. And when he’s uncertain, I remind him that we’re in this together, ready to face whatever comes our way. They say you should marry your best friend, and I couldn’t agree more. I can’t wait to continue this journey of life with my best friend by my side, knowing that success is inevitable with him beside me. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to my family, who have been my pillars of strength and support since day one.
