Hi Nadjhla, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is being patient, trusting myself, thinking outside the box, and most times, removing the box entirely. So when I decided to frame my journey into literature, I named it “Removing The Box”. Having the opportunity to do things my way and on my timing allowed me to be the best version of myself, and the goal is to have that reflected in my work and my designs.

I try to remember the importance of trusting yourself and never giving up. I believe in myself, even when faced with setbacks. Trusting yourself requires vulnerability, but this very vulnerability can lead to extraordinary moments and achievements. I stay true to my passion and let my journey as an entrepreneur and fashion designer be a testament to creativity and resilience.

What sets NADJEA Swimwear apart is our dedication to inclusivity and celebrating diverse body shapes and sizes. We take pride in creating designs that empower individuals to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. The journey to where I am today in the fashion industry has been challenging and rewarding. It not easy to establish a presence in a competitive market, but I overcame obstacles through perseverance, creativity, and a passion for my craft. I learned to adapt to changing trends and customer preferences, always striving to stay ahead in the dynamic world of fashion.

One of the lessons I’ve learned is the importance of staying true to my vision while remaining open to growth and evolution. Building meaningful connections with my customers has been crucial, and I have embraced feedback as an opportunity for improvement. I want the world to know that NADJEA Swimwear goes beyond just creating swimwear; it’s about fostering confidence, self-expression, and embracing individuality. Our brand reflects inclusivity, and we are excited about the positive impact we can make in the fashion industry.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Absolutely! For a dynamic week in South Beach Miami, I’d suggest starting off with a stroll down the iconic Ocean Drive and basking in the sun on South Beach. Dive into the art scene with a visit to PAMM and Wynwood, where vibrant street art and eclectic dining await. We would definitely immerse in Little Havana’s rich culture, savoring Cuban coffee and exploring nature at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden for a perfect blend of tranquility and outdoor adventure.”

In Miami, fun and excitement can be found in its diverse neighborhoods, beautiful beaches, cultural attractions, and lively nightlife. Finding a destination that offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment for an unforgettable experience is always a short drive away.

I would like to dedicate this Shoutout to my teachers and professors over the years, who have been instrumental in shaping my educational journey. I’ve had the privilege of pursuing various degrees through several universities, and on this transformative path, I met amazing individuals who dedicated their lives to education and scholarship. Their unwavering support, guidance, and passion for fostering learning environments have been invaluable to my personal and academic growth.

I am truly grateful for the inspiration they provided and the knowledge they imparted, shaping not only my educational journey but also influencing the way I approach life and learning. Thank you to these remarkable educators for their dedication to shaping minds and making a lasting impact on the lives of their students.
