Hi Ashley, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
Coming from Jamaican background, Jamaicans are resilient no matter where they reside. My hashtag #NoWaistGyal is to give ladies the motivation to keep going. Setting & hitting goals while being sexy

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have been in banking/sales for almost a decade. During the pandemic, we all were stuck at home, gaining weight. As an essential worker, I had to find a way to self care while working. I started my journey by waist training at work and gradually got into working out. Once I started seeing results, it became a necessity. Wearing a waist trainer helped me to vision the changes I wanted to make while making small steps to get there. As women/moms we need to take steps for self care & making sure we are taking care of ourselves in the process.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
For a week long trip with my best friend, I would visit Thailand. We would visit the hiking trails, waterfalls, and beautiful beaches. We would enjoy the wildlife & bathe, feed, and play with the elephants and monkeys. We would enjoy fresh fruits & coconut water. We would stroll the streets and pick up street food from the locals. We would stay at the finest hotel with rose petals and silk sheets. We would have access to the beautiful beach to do early morning workouts & cool down in our personal jacuzzi. Before our trip ends we would need to take a relaxing boat ride sipping Sabai Sabai also known as “Thai welcome drink”

Huge shoutout to Claudette! My mom always believing in the vision. All the ladies that have supported me & saw the vision come to fruition.
