Hi Dr., is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Let me preface everything with a disclaimer.

Returning to the question of how my business helps the community or the world, for social impact, the entirety of my work is based on helping people maximize their entire beings, and thus humanity as a whole. It does so by teaching the secrets of history’s greatest thinkers. Ergo, it is based on what I loosely term “Holistic Vision” and define as “the ability to see the foundations and interconnectivity of all atmospheres”. This is because when you study history’s greatest thinkers such as Socrates, Aristotle, Plato, Buddha, Gandhi, Confucius, Jesus, Lao Tzu, Leonardo Da Vinci, Avicenna (Abū ʿAlī al-Ḥusayn bin ʿAbdullāh ibn al-Ḥasan bin ʿAlī bin Sīnā al-Balkhi al-Bukhari), Krishna, Gandi, Mohammad (PBUH), Nikola Tesla, Confucius, Jung, or any other, regardless of whether they were experts in one or twenty fields, the single commonality they all had (and will forever have—for those yet to come) is the ability to see the foundation, the root-level, universal, concept, fundamental, algorithm, or whatever term you prefer, of a field and apply it to seemingly unrelated fields, atmospheres, arenas to cultivate step-change in those seemingly unrelated fields, atmospheres, arenas.

To further help, I always have multiple collaborations ongoing with various, seemingly unrelated, experts across countries, industries, and languages, so to further bring this grossly unutilized knowledge of holism, of Holistic Vision, of how history’s greatest thinkers saw, thought, and performed to the masses. Some collaborations are free humanitarian efforts. To help perpetuate this wake-up, empowerment, and emancipation for the doing of the impossible, I created the manifesto of my entity “Platinum Sciences: Institute For Step-Change” to act as its guiding force and help perpetuate a warrior, screw-you mentality towards obstacles. Some of that manifesto is below and notes the two methods I use when I consult/train entities.

”Psychological Strategy is the cognitive strategy that destroys visions and mindsets and rebuilds them with ones that can see, learn, and use the hidden-in-plain-sight foundations (a.k.a. concepts, algorithms, rules, universals) that surround us all every day; just as history’s greatest thinkers saw, learned, and used to force step-change across countries, industries, and languages in seemingly unrelated manners.

The System of Interconnectivity is the concept that teaches how all systems, animate and inanimate objects, and atmospheres are interconnected, and, thus, greatly affect each other; and, whatsmore, how omitting this concept in any personal/professional strategy is immediately debilitating.

The inculcation of these two components (Psychological Strategy and The System of Interconnectivity) cultivates Holistic Vision. Holistic Vision is the ability of history’s greatest thinkers that grants what I term “Specificity Via Abstraction” which I defines as “The ability to divorce from one’s atmosphere and conduct a meta-analysis of it and seemingly unrelated atmospheres, so to obtain a transformational, unorthodox solution from those other seemingly unrelated atmospheres”.

Platinum Sciences’ consulting/training reveals the ability to see past timely and costly distractions and superficial variables of highly complex issues so to see simple, in-depth, practical, and immediately applicable solutions for quick transformational results (i.e. step-change). It creates Game-Changers, Agents-of-Change who cultivate personal, business, and/or societal step-change across countries, industries, and languages.”

This social impact work of mine is, sadly, long-needed in this era of decreasing intellect and disappearing critical-thinking; more concerning is that the humans on this prison planet do not even notice this debilitating issue exists, due to the deep-seeding of their blindness and calcification of such that grows stronger every year. Their obliviousness was addressed by Dr. Noam Chomsky (PhD), the linguist and professor emeritus of MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and now-turned social activist when he said, “Not only do people not know what is happening, they don’t even know that they don’t know”. His point is so inline with my mission that I, with his permission, included it in my second book, entitled “Resetting Your Mindset: Using Universal Foundations That Surround You Every Day” (foreword by Dr. Ruben Lambert [PsyD], https://play.google.com/store/books/author?id=Dr.+HermanSJr.&gl=US).

To combat this ever-damning ailment of the world, my articles, courses, games, workbooks, workshops, and other media force people to divorce from themselves so they can see reality holistically, properly, and completely gut their entire visions and mindsets, their entire cores. Such ensures they perform in ways not only previously impossible but incomprehensible to them. It trains them to see, think, and perform as history’s greatest thinkers so they can force step-change in all landscapes needed—personal and professional—regardless of their backgrounds and missions. One example of this work’s universality is my seventh book created for those seeking game-change in prompt engineering (e.g. in for ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, and other AI platforms/systems) entitled “

To ensure this material is not merely learned and utilized only when recalled by clientele, I inculcate the concept of iconoclasm, as I am a staunch iconoclast trying to break every norm possible, in the most powerful, fastest, efficient manner. When they habituate this concept they realize an entirely new world of possibilities, not only for themselves, but the world over.

I am grateful I focused on acquiring and holding onto iconoclasm as it fuels my ability to accomplish what most never can, and take no excuses for less (from myself included). While I did not know that word when I was a kid, I recall the first memory of me knowing I was the epitome of that word when I realized how idiotically the world thinks. The story is published in a different interview, of Rabbi Yitzi Weiner’s Authority Magazine (article by journalist Rachel Kline) that is entitled “Dr Herman SJr Of ‘Platinum Sciences Institute For Step-Change’ On 5 Tips for Accelerating Product Ideation & Innovation” (https://medium.com/authority-magazine/dr-herman-sjr-of-platinum-sciences-institute-for-step-change-on-5-tips-for-accelerating-product-8233275ca348), which notes that when I was about eight-years-old, “I was laying on the bed alone in my dad’s bedroom during a school day in Chicago (I must have taken off, or been enjoying a holiday) whilst watching my favorite game show “The Price Is Right” with the host Bob Barker. It was perhaps late morning and the show was near the end where the three contestants would spin the big vertical wheel with various amounts of money on it displayed in horizontal spaces/divisions, all less than a dollar, except for one that was one dollar. End each person got two spins to get one dollar or closest to it without going over. I recall one person beat the others on the first spin and the host gave the contestant a chance to see what s/he would have spun if a second spin was needed. At this I thought that will not prove anything because spinning the wheel now would not yield the same results as spinning it in the past, as the atmosphere is different now than a few seconds ago (i.e. miniscule breezes, the strength of the person’s spin from this moment to the previous moment, the amount of steps the person would take to step to the wheel now versus the previous moment, the grip the person would use now versus the previous moment, the stance the person would use now versus the previous moment, etc.). I recall being so surprised by the fact that people would believe spinning the wheel now would yield the same versus the previous moment.”

Expanding on that answer, I believe firmly in the maxim “Get sh*t done”. I do not want to hear whiny, b*tch-ass excuses. Too many in far more dire circumstances overcame gross obstacles and achieved their dreams. To stand out from the crowd you must divorce from that lazy, excuse-ridden, entitled, negativity-inducing, mind-numbing status quo. I am reminded of my answer in that article where I said that at the end of one of my sessions I gave to federal law enforcement I was told by an attendee “This (material) is just like how admirals think—Just get it done.”

As I also said in a different interview, of Rabbi Yitzi Weiner’s Authority Magazine (article by journalist Dr. Doug Noll [JD]) that is entitled “Dr. HermanSJr. of Platinum Sciences: Institute For Step-Change: Five Things I Wish Someone Told Me When I First Launched My Business or Startup” (https://medium.com/authority-magazine/dr-herman-sjr-of-platinum-sciences-institute-for-step-change-five-things-i-wish-someone-told-me-3d5a8f6d5e8d), another important factor behind my success is “move-your-ass unorthodoxy”.

As such, much of my life has been and continues to be an epic battle against most humans saying various things are impossible; however, I merely ignore such vilely debilitating dipshittery and forever go against the debilitating grain to revamp as much sh*t possible, not to be an idiot but to create a wave of social impact; to help break humanity from this vile prison planet. My mentality is similar to the persona portrayed by the former Canadian professional wrestler “Rowdy” Roddy Piper of the WWF and WCW when he said in the 1988 movie “They Live”, “I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass…and I’m all out of bubblegum”.

To illustrate the veracity of these factors behind my desire for creating social impact and my hell-bent fortitude and willingness to forever fight for humanity, is the parallel published in that same interview of Rabbi Yitzi Weiner’s Authority Magazine by Dr. Doug Noll (JD), which notes, “…envision…a warrior riding a horse at top speed while staring at the leader of his enemies, hell-bent on conquest and ready to kill. All while the warrior has an arrow lodged deep in his right leg and another in his left shoulder. However, he does not regard the arrows; gives no fear, no concern, no “energy” to the enormously painful wounds. To the warrior, the arrows are not there because they do not interfere with his intense, killer-minded gaze on his enemy.” This warrior-spirit is my veracity in the war for humanity.

In order to create a business based on helping the world, a social impact, one has no choice but to be creative, artistic in one’s strategies. Such strategies incorporating heavy artistry/creativity are the only way to destroy the seemingly unending depth of the vile, calcified vision and mindset of this world’s status quo of “It cannot be done”. In such an atmosphere anyone needing to break that mentality must use artistry and creativity.

One such way I do so is by inculcating clients/students with the understanding that the best tools to help destroy their limiting ways are weird, unorthodox ones. For example, while, as an academic/scholar, I do not believe in Tarot, in some of my workshops/consultations I use what I call “Psychological Tarot” in a non-clinical, non-medical way to break people’s mindsets and reveal biases, prejudices, limitations, and abilities. In my +10 years of doing my work, every time I utilize Psychological Tarot I always have people say to me afterwards they never heard of using Tarot that way and found it extremely entertaining, engaging, and informative; this is regardless of their religions and beliefs in Tarot as a prophetic/divinatory tool. I spoke on using Psychological Tarot in a few media shows including one with Dr. Art Rosengarten (PhD) who was the first, and may still be the only, one to gain academic acceptance in using Tarot in an academic Psychology dissertation for a PhD. While starting a business that helps the world revamp its entire thinking-foundation is no easy task, I see the enormously positive and grand effects in my clients while doing this for +10 years across countries, industries, and languages. I appreciate this because as a lifelong overachiever I profess for decades, “Good is garbage”. This is why I never work with any entity wanting to be extremely good in anything as such a mentality is a waste of time for me. I only work with those needing to be the greatest; captains-of-industry; game-changers; agents-of-change. Hopefully this piece will further bring this knowledge to those seeking it to also change the world.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
While most of this is answered above, regarding “What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?”, in this time of overwhelming uncertainty in employment/entrepreneurship, debt-payment fear, and financial liquidation due to crushing inflation worldwide, the tools (books, games, one-on-one/group sessions…) available at my websites (DrHermanSJr.com, linktr.ee/DrHermanSJr, or DrHermanSJr.carrd.co) are, in my research, experience, and opinion, the fastest methods to quickly, easily, and cheaply (comparatively) turn things around for you and your loved ones by teaching you the most effective ways to transform your vision, mindset, and entire core, being, life. Such is the best—if not the only way (IMO)—to take back your power over your life, and thus turn things around in your favor while, sadly, most of the world continues in that overwhelming uncertainty, fear, and financial liquidation.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would visit Riverside Miami, Bayside Marketplace, and the surrounding downtown area, while pausing for moments of grounding/Earthing (i.e. planting our naked feet in the sand/soil/water) as we also partake in a café and events at the water. All the while playing mindset-resetting games that drive fun and engaging cognitive revamping. (My friends/colleagues and I are proud nerds.)

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
All fellow luminaries across space and time who revealed that we are our own source of power and freedom, and that all we ever need is within.
