We had the good fortune of connecting with OneK Quan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi OneK, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
The habits that helped me is waking up at 5 am to pray and start my day and set goals that I can accomplish in the near future , I also read a lot more and watch less tv I also started investing more money into projects that will build me residual income .

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What set me apart from others is that I have my own story and my own testimony that makes me unique. I’m very much excited and eager to let the world hear my new music I know what everyone expects from me I’m going to hit them with a curveball , It wasn’t easy getting hear professionally I had friends and family turn there backs on me and show me they true colors . The lessons I learned along the way is don’t trust anyone .

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
First thing first if a person was visiting south Florida where I’m from your first stop have to be in Miami to get some conch salad or some fried conch other than the Bahamas south Florida have the best conch we also have the best food trucks , If your looking for things to do you have to hit the clubs (none on south beach) it’s for the tourist they will over charge you when you go to any city you have to walk around like you been there before to blend in so I would recommend any clubs away from south beach

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to shoutout Kevin Gates for changing my life his music heals the world I was going through a tough patch in my life I was very close to ending it but his music pulled me from that dark place not saying every religion don’t go through things my whole life I was a Christian after I converted over to become a Muslim my life have been much better my blessings have been coming in abundance , also I want to shoutout the doubters they are my motivation as well.
