Hi ALEXIS, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk-taking is an integral part of my personal and professional journey. I approach risk with a strategic mindset, understanding that it is a necessary component of growth and innovation. For me, risk is about calculated decisions rather than reckless gambles. It’s essential to weigh the potential benefits against the possible downsides and to be prepared with a contingency plan.

In my career, taking risks has been pivotal. Whether it was stepping out of a secure corporate job to start my own business or venturing into new markets and services, these decisions have defined my path. For example, launching Boss Talk Expo and expanding into government contracting required significant risks. However, these risks were supported by thorough research, planning, and a deep belief in the value of the services we provide.

By embracing risk, I’ve been able to create unique solutions for my clients, establish a reputable brand, and achieve significant milestones that would have been unattainable if I had played it safe.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
For a week-long trip, I’d take them to Las Olas for great drinks, food, and ambiance, and definitely enjoy some beach time. We’ will also have a spa day with mani-pedis and take a yacht ride along the Intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach. Right now, my favorite restaurant is NUBE the atmosphere is chef kiss in the evening time.

I’d like to take this moment to acknowledge every employee, subcontractor, family member, and fan, both near and far, who has spoken highly of my business and referred it to others. Your unwavering support has been instrumental in keeping my brand relevant and successful.
