We had the good fortune of connecting with Deena Rahill and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Deena, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own business stemmed from a deep desire to create a space where people could truly experience transformation and healing. My thought process was driven by recognizing a gap in holistic wellness practices that combined both ancient and modern techniques, like sound healing and innovative therapies. I wanted to offer more than just a service; I aimed to create a nurturing environment where clients felt empowered to take ownership of their well-being and journey toward self-discovery.

My business philosophy centers around combining my passion for sound therapy, conscious coaching, mindfulness, and community building. It was essential for me to create a place where individuals could come together, connect, and grow, knowing they were supported with expertise and care. The decision to start my own business was also fueled by my belief in the importance of following one’s purpose and building a life centered around meaningful work that contributes positively to others’ lives.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My work is deeply rooted in the healing power of sound therapy and the holistic nurturing of the mind, body, and spirit. What sets me apart is not just my certifications and extensive training, but my unique approach that blends sound healing with mindfulness practices, coaching, and advanced healing modalities like Resonant Light Technology and Wolfe non-surgical techniques. I’m proud of the safe, welcoming space I’ve created where people of all ages and backgrounds can come to reconnect with themselves and experience profound transformation.

Reaching where I am today has been a journey marked by dedication, resilience, and learning. It wasn’t always easy; I faced challenges like finding the right spaces for my practice, building a client base, and navigating the emotional and logistical demands of entrepreneurship. Overcoming these hurdles meant leaning on my passion, staying connected to my purpose, and trusting the process. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is the value of community and support. No journey is a solo act; the people around us—mentors, loved ones, and clients—shape our growth and inspire us to continue.

I want the world to know that my practice is built on the belief that healing comes from within, and sound is a powerful catalyst to access that inner well of peace and resilience. My story is one of transformation, both personal and shared, and my goal is to guide others on their path to rediscovering their strength, aligning their energy, and embracing their fullest potential.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting, I’d want her to experience the best that Stuart and the surrounding area have to offer. We’d kick things off with a tour of the Elliott Museum to appreciate its unique exhibits and local history, followed by a session in my sound healing “magic room” where she could unwind and feel rejuvenated.
Afterward, we’d visit the historic House of Refuge, which is the oldest building in Martin County and offers breathtaking views and fascinating history.
We’d spend some time strolling through downtown Stuart, known for its charming shops, galleries, and local boutiques. When it comes to dining, I’d take her to my favorite spot, Spritz Bistro, for a delightful meal featuring local flavors and cozy ambiance.

Evenings would include live music at Philly Down South, where we’d enjoy the energetic atmosphere and listen to local bands. Of course, we’d spend plenty of time relaxing and unwinding at the beach, soaking up the sun and taking in the peaceful ocean views.

Throughout the week, we’d sprinkle in visits to some of the other local gems, such as farmer’s markets, scenic parks, and possibly a riverboat tour to experience the beauty of the St. Lucie River. This itinerary would give her a taste of what makes this area special—its blend of history, community, relaxation, and vibrant local culture.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
When I reflect on my journey and the success of my business, I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support and encouragement of my partner, Rob Steele. Rob has been my soulmate and greatest fan, standing by my side through every challenge and triumph. His belief in me has provided the strength and confidence I needed to pursue my dreams and build something meaningful. Beyond just support, Rob’s insights, patience, and shared enthusiasm have been invaluable, making my path to growth both fulfilling and inspiring. For this, Rob undoubtedly deserves a heartfelt shoutout in my story.
