Meet John Dyda | Founder, Investor & Growth Strategist

We had the good fortune of connecting with John Dyda and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi John, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
From the beginning, my goal has always been about more than just business—I wanted to create something that truly helps and inspires others. I’ve seen firsthand how the right mindset and opportunities can change a person’s trajectory, and I felt a strong pull to be a part of that transformation.
Starting my own business gave me the platform to do just that. I wanted to encourage people to think bigger, to push past their perceived limitations, and to realize that a better life—whether personally, professionally, or financially—is within reach. It’s not just about building a company; it’s about building people. If I can motivate even one person to take action toward their goals, then I know I’m on the right path.
At the end of the day, success isn’t just measured by revenue—it’s measured by impact. My business is a reflection of that belief, and it continues to grow because the mission behind it resonates with those who want more for themselves and the people around them.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My career has been shaped by a shift in mindset—realizing that leadership isn’t just about me, but about the people I work with. Early on, I approached business with a results-driven mentality, but over time, I learned that real success comes from investing in people. Taking the time to understand those who work for you on a personal level, showing that you care, and surrounding yourself with good people—that’s what truly makes a difference.
This perspective didn’t come easily. I learned it through personal failures and lessons I’ve absorbed over time, especially through reading. John Maxwell’s leadership principles played a big role in reshaping how I approach business. I’ve come to understand that everything comes at a price—whether it’s success, growth, or leadership. The question is whether you’re willing to pay that price, put in the work, and learn from setbacks along the way.
Now, my goal is to share those lessons—through my experiences, my business, and the way I lead. If there’s one thing I want the world to know, it’s that success isn’t just about thinking big or working hard. It’s about understanding people, leading with intention, and being willing to invest in the journey—failures and all.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I had a week to show my best friend around, it would be all about great food, outdoor adventures, and making the most of what South Florida has to offer. Here’s how I’d plan it out:
We’d kick things off with waterfront dining at one of my favorite spots—maybe Ocean 234 or Deck 84.
We’d spend the day on the water, jet skiing or maybe riding ATVs with family!
A little friendly competition never hurts, so we’d hit Drive Shack or some bowling, drinks, and a good time. After that, we’d grab dinner at a laid-back spot like The Rebel House!
For a change of pace, we’d visit Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, where we could walk the nature trails. A stop at Red Reef Park would be perfect for relaxing on the beach or snorkeling.
A trip to Boca wouldn’t be complete without a beach day. We’d set up at South Beach Park or even spend the day at The Boca Raton Resort & Beach Club, enjoying the pool, cabanas, and incredible service.
At night, we’d check out Boca’s nightlife, maybe hitting Crazy Uncle Mike’s for live music.
After a week like this, the last day would be all about unwinding—maybe a morning walk or run with the family or just hanging out by the pool.
Boca Raton has a little bit of everything—adventure, relaxation, great food, and nightlife.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
While I haven’t had a specific mentor in my life, I’ve always found guidance and inspiration through action and personal development. One book that had a significant impact on me is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. It reinforced the power of mindset and thinking big—but more importantly, it taught me that big thoughts alone aren’t enough. You have to back them up with massive action.
Success doesn’t come from just visualizing or hoping for a better future—it comes from taking real, deliberate steps toward making it happen. That’s the philosophy I’ve built my business and life around. I credit my willingness to think bigger, take risks, and put in the work as the driving force behind my journey.
