Meet Enise Dalisma | Minister & Creative

We had the good fortune of connecting with Enise Dalisma and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Enise, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of CGPOV is being led by the Holy Spirit. I would love to think that Gods loves being the one that leads us especially seeing that he has always called us his children, we are never called adults or grown women or men in the Bible. Following the Holy Spirit in commencement and continuation has been the most beautiful journey of success.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As cliché as it may sound, I will still say it, what sets me apart is my identity in Christ. Accepting my identity and walking in alignment with the woman He called and ordained me to be is what truly distinguishes me. “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5) My journey has never been about fitting in but about stepping into the fullness of who God created me to be.
I am most proud and excited about the growth of anything God places on my heart to steward, including the Christian Girl POV community in Broward. It’s more than just a community; it’s a sisterhood, a kingdom-driven movement, a forge-like unity for God’s glory. “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17) We are not just gathering; we are being refined, strengthened, and equipped for the battles ahead.
I got to where I am today through trials and tribulations, countless tests, and nights drenched in tears. Yet, in the midst of the chaos, I found peace. Even now, as I complete this interview, I am in a season where God is testing me bringing me face to face with my past to redeem what was once poorly stewarded. This journey required intentionality, courage, sleepless nights, and swallowing my pride. It required walking by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7), holding onto the future fulfillments of God’s promises even when my current reality didn’t reflect them.
One of the hardest yet most transformative acts of obedience was shutting down my successful business when God told me to. At the time, it didn’t make sense. I had built something from the ground up, reached six figures, and finally felt like I had made it. But God said, “shut it down.” And I did. That decision broke me but it also built me. It stripped me of my reliance on my own strength and taught me true surrender and how to be a true passenger princess with him. Now, I see the fullness of that obedience. “If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land.” (Isaiah 1:19) What I thought was loss was really alignment. What I thought was the end was just the beginning of a new level of faith.
Remaining grounded in God’s Word is what kept me. Even when I felt like my faith was wavering, His Word anchored me. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10) I had to be real with myself. I couldn’t let outside voices, fleeting emotions, or temporary pain deter me from the path God set before me.
Lessons I’ve Learned? Whew it’s a lot! And I’m still learning. But the most humbling lesson? Take nothing personally. When I started seeing the Bible as a manual, I realized that nothing I’ve been through was in vain. “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28) That truth demanded that I put my pride aside, let my emotions take the backseat, and let God’s Word be the lamp to my feet and the light to my path (Psalm 119:105).
I want the world to know this: I am a custodian of God’s Word. I don’t require praise, recognition, or acknowledgment for the work I’ve been assigned, I am nothing without God. I will always be unapologetic in doing what God has called me to do.
I want my daughter to witness what it means to be a trailblazer for the Kingdom. I want her to see what it looks like to live in obedience to God, no matter the cost.
I want the world to know that my life every chapter, every high and low is not for entertainment; it is a testimony for God’s glory.
I’ve lived through it all:
• Growing up Haitian in the Bahamas, facing discrimination, yet rising above it.
• Being raised in poverty and later hitting six figures in business through relentless faith and dedication.
• Being in polygamy in relations with both male and female; and now standing on the pulpit for the Kingdom.
• Experiencing neglect and adoption, only to now be a mother breaking generational cycles.
• Being a lost soul, knowing I was different, but hiding in the crowd, calling my fear and anxiety in clubs and parties “claustrophobia” when in reality, it was God calling me out.
• Laying down my financial security by shutting down my business in obedience to God, not knowing what was next, yet now understanding that my provision was never in my hands but in His.
Now, I stand as a Deborah whose YES makes room for other women to bloom into edified, kingdom-driven warriors. “The Lord gives the word; the women who announce the news are a great host.” (Psalm 68:11)
I want the world to know one final thing: Jesus is King. Everything that happens in your life is spiritually connected to the great I AM.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh, I love this question because my idea of enjoyment has completely transformed it no longer feels forced, and I genuinely love it! I used to shape my preferences around what my best friends enjoyed, merging their likes into mine. But now, I’ve fully embraced the way God designed me I’m a nature-loving woman who finds joy in experiencing all that He created in Genesis.
If I were to take my best friend/s (Katt & Tasha) on an adventure, it would be what I call a “God date” an intentional experience where we enjoy life with God at the center. Since realizing that my faith is more than just religion, it’s relationship I’ve taken everything I once enjoyed in the world and aligned it with the Word. It’s like building that IKEA drawer that came in a million pieces without the manual, only to realize I did it all wrong. Now, I get to rebuild with the right instructions this time, because the Bible has become my manual.
The way I used to pour into relationships planning dates, giving my undivided attention, making memories I now do the same with God. Lunch dates, coffee dates, sushi dates, dinner dates? Now, they’re all ‘God dates.’ Whether it’s a solo moment of worship or sharing the experience with my best friend/s, we would visit all my favorite places restaurants, parks, spas, coffee shops, and sushi spots, enjoying every moment with God in mind. The fact that my besties both Natasha & Katt (living in the Bahamas) are both God fearing women this would be so fun for them, we met in church and were raised in it. We are also a goofy trio as well which would make this so fun.
For our God-date picnic outings, we’d visit:
• Plantation Park (peaceful, scenic, perfect for journaling and prayer)
• Inverrary Park (great for deep conversations and reflection)
• City Park on Sunset Strip (where I’ve had some of my most intimate moments with God)
• Victoria Park (by the water, with a breathtaking view that reminds me of God’s majesty)
We would also experience sunrise prayer at the beach on Commercial Pier one of my absolute favorite ways to start the day. Afterward, we’d grab breakfast at a cozy spot to soak in the morning’s peace.
For brunch, some of my go-to spots are:
• Salt 7
• Moxies
• Seasons 52
• Matchbox
When it comes to dinner, my best friends they would probably rely on TikTok recommendations, and I wouldn’t be mad at it! Though I’m a foodie, I’m also somehow a picky eater. don’t even ask me how that works, I still don’t know!
But best believe, while she or they are in town, she’s/they’re experiencing kingdom culture with me! She/They will absolutely be attending:
• A Christian Girl POV meeting
• A TFC Bible study
• A Sunday morning Faith experience
For fun and laughter, we’re going to be big kids all over again probably hitting up an arcade like Xtreme or finding another lively spot. Because with me, there’s no limit to having good, clean fun. “A cheerful heart is good medicine.” (Proverbs 17:22)
At the end of the day, life with God isn’t boring it’s the most fulfilling experience I’ve ever had. And every moment, every outing, every memory made is just another way to delight in Him.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely! A firstly special shoutout to my sisters in Christ who have served as leaders alongside me from the very beginning Ms. Naomi I., Mrs. Bryanna M., Dr. Stefany A., Ms. Yasmine, and Ms. Shanna. We embarked on this journey together after I first envisioned this movement as we walked out of church one blessed Sunday. Additionally Minister Keandra Cooke and Ms. Jasmine whom served as leaders; and a team of great women who volunteer to serve the community.
I also want to recognize Mr. Nate & Mr. Kevin at City Park in Sunrise for his unwavering love and support during our park seasons, as well as Born on Purpose, led by Retired Colonel Josefa Benjamin, who has been an incredible mentor and role model to me.
A heartfelt thank you to my leaders who ordained me as a minister in October 2024—Bishop Henry & Pastor Carol Fernandez, along with Pastors Joel and Latasha Tudman.
Lastly, I want to honor my covenant sister, Minister Kendra Moorer, and her amazing parents, Pastor Ken & Angela Moorer, for their steadfast support.
There are so many more people I could name, but these individuals truly deserve their flowers!
