We had the good fortune of connecting with Randy Fenelus and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Randy, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The process to starting was very simple but tedious I had to hire two of my friends to help me get all my logistics in order but more than anything I just had an idea of what I wanted to do it just so happen to be able to bring us great Bussiness I thank the lord for the talents he gave me

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As to me being an amazing chef I also make music my music appeals to people all through the world I’ve been getting plays from Quatar to New York my city also is great support I speak about my real life experiences and my personal perspective from my life

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would just contact Rc tours and set up a bar crawl or a boat ride and have an amazing day

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have a list of people that personally inspire me everyday to stay grounded but two
Of my good friends off the top of my head are Roottheshooter and my good friend Rene with RC tours these two young men are very inspiriting to me because of they’re positive energy and resilience to all they’re obstacles another person who motivates me is my sister Michalda with her dessert Bussiness Michou Cakes very talented people
