Meet Yemxy Perez | Bookkeeper, Tax Preparer & Credit consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Yemxy Perez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Yemxy, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my own business came from a mix of passion and purpose. I noticed a real gap in the market when it came to l helping people navigate their finances, taxes, or credit repair. I saw so many people struggling with things that I knew I could help with, and I realized I didn’t want to just work for someone else—I wanted to build something that could make a real impact. I also wanted the freedom to make my own decisions, grow on my terms, and create opportunities for others along the way. So it was really about combining what I’m good at with where I saw a need and stepping up to fill that gap.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is focused on helping individuals and small business owners take control of their finances—from business formation, company structure, bookkeeping, credit repair and then funding with business credit at 0% interest and finally tax preparation. What sets us apart is the personal, hands-on approach we bring. We’re not just offering services—we’re educating our clients, empowering them to understand the ‘why’ behind each step, and helping them build long-term financial stability.
I’m most proud of the impact we’ve had—seeing someone go from being stressed about money or stuck in a bad financial situation to feeling confident and in control is what keeps me going.
Getting here definitely wasn’t easy. There were moments of doubt, financial pressure, and learning curves. But I stayed consistent, leaned on mentors, and reminded myself of why I started. Every challenge taught me something—like the importance of systems, mindset, and never being afraid to ask for help.
What I want people to know about my brand is that it’s built with heart. We’re not in it just to run a business—we’re here to change lives, especially in communities that have been underserved or misinformed for too long. My story is still being written, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come—and even more excited about what’s ahead.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit me in Miami for a week, I’d make sure they got the full Miami experience—sun, sea, food, and culture. First stop would definitely be the beach. I’d take them to South Beach or maybe somewhere a little more lowkey like Key Biscayne, just to relax and soak in that clear blue water. Miami’s connection to the sea is something special—it’s peaceful and energizing at the same time.
We’d definitely spend time exploring Wynwood to check out the murals and art scene, and maybe go paddleboarding or take a boat out for the day to really enjoy the water and skyline views.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely. I’d love to shout out my wife. She played a huge role in my journey. Whether it was through encouragement, or just leading by example, their support really helped shape my mindset and gave me the confidence to keep going, even when things got tough. I also have to give credit to my family and close friends who stood by me and believed in me from day one. Their support made a huge difference
