Good Food is in my DNA! I literally grew up in my grandmother’s kitchen. From a young age, I knew that the foods I ate affected how I felt. I had a very high-stress childhood, even traumatic at times. I suffered for years with severe headaches, gut issues, and skin rashes. As a teen, I was diagnosed with IBS, as a young adult, Hashimoto’s (an autoimmune Thyroid disease). I was working a 9-5 in a corporate office with little concern for what and how I was eating. Anything in general . But most importantly my children. My children have been the “ who inspires me” . To go into detail why they are my inspiration because it’s fun watching myself grow into my role as a father and watching them grow from babies to my little ladies. I’m most inspired by giving them the life they deserve. Read More>>

Mujer: The Experience is the intersection of mental health and movement; two forces that have guided my journey and shaped the way I show up in this world. My introduction to dance came early, before I had the words to name what I was feeling. Dance gave me structure, expression, and discipline—but it also introduced me to the quiet pressures that many women carry: the pressure to perform, to perfect, to conform. Read More>>

I am truly inspired by those that have the relentless drive to do what God has called them to do regardless if they lack resources or lack support. The tenacity to wake up and intentionally move in where God has ordained is the best thing to witness and it allows you to self examine yourself to make sure you are walking in purpose. I’m grateful to have friends , family and a community that inspires me to not be average in what God has called me to do. Read More>>

Staying consistent and being intentional towards my goals has been key for me. I treat my content creation like a business. From dedicating time to create detailed travel itineraries and batching content to showing up online even when my motivation is low. I’ve developed the habit of documenting everything, whether I’m traveling, working out, or simply living my day-to-day life, because I know someone out there will be inspired by it. My goal is to document real life experiences and not fabricated ones of a real person that’s not “rich” through money but rich through experiences. Read More>>

At the heart of everything I do—whether it’s personal training, teaching yoga, or creating wellness content—are the values of authenticity, empowerment, and consistency.
Authenticity matters because people don’t need another filtered version of wellness; they need something real, something they can feel—physically and spiritually. I believe in showing up as I am and encouraging others to do the same, whether they’re on a yoga mat or just trying to take better care of themselves. When we connect with what’s real for us, the true transformation can begin—from the inside out. Read More>>
