Hi Hass and Neveen, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
Other than deciding to work for ourselves, By far the single most important decision that contributed to our success was to build other people along the way. When you pour your heart into lifting others as you build your business, something magical happens- every life you touch starts to improve, and their light reflects back on your own dream. Mentoring a teammate, celebrating a partner’s win, or guiding a customer builds trust and gratitude. When we decided to build a business and build others, the result was compound growth. We wanted a dream that was bigger than just us and we realized one family at a time wasn’t enough. By teaching others to serve, we multiplied every helping hand and turned our mission into a movement. The most powerful leaders don’t collect followers—they create more leaders.

Another big decision was to have children. Your “why” becomes deeply personal and your vision becomes clear. Providing a better future for your children fuels your resilience even during tough times. This grew our business by 10x. It also taught us how to coach other individuals who had children and teach them how to tap into that energy. When you become a parent you start to think in decades, not just quarters. The commitment was made to put our children in a position to have options, to be an example for them and most importantly pass down proper habits that will ultimately make them successful.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Guardians Of Wealth Agency is one of the fastest growing teams in the financial services industry. Our primary goal is to educate overlooked and underserved markets about the importance of life insurance and retirement strategies. Our objective is educate people on different ways to use their money using tax free solutions and creating generational wealth. When we started our agency, our mission was to build the greatest leaders the industry has ever seen. Not just in the workplace, but people who are great neighbors, friends, fathers, mothers, business partners, husbands and wives.

As a husband and wife building an insurance agency from the ground up, we’ve learned that success isn’t about avoiding hard times, it’s about growing through them. We’ve discovered that, Service over sales always wins. Families don’t need pressure, they need protection, education, and someone who cares.
Entrepreneurship is all about grit. There will be times you’re going to face challenges. There will be late nights, early mornings. Doubt will try to creep in. But, always remember why you started and always stay true to the vision. In addition to this, you have to be doing the work that’s required. Reading the books, attending the events, surrounding yourself with people you aspire to be like, practicing your faith and always being grateful. If you work hard, keep improving, and never quit, you’re going to win.

Today, our agency is more than a company, it’s a community. We serve with heart, lead with purpose, and strive to make every client feel like family. Whether we’re helping someone protect what matters most or mentoring new leaders into greatness, our goal is the same: to leave every life we touch better than we found it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If a best friend was visiting the area and we wanted to show them the best time ever, we would definitely take them all around Miami. First, we would go for brunch at Casa Neos, enjoy the view, some great food all while we feel the ocean breeze. After that, a spa day at the Setai in Miami Beach for some relaxation and catch up time. Then a little afternoon tea while shopping in Design District. For dinner, we would have to end with our favorite restaurant of all time- ZZs club. Our favorite thing to do is try new restaurants and create memories. With our agents and our clients, we are always finding the best dining experiences to indulge in and there is no better place than Miami. We would also plan a day to also go visit Palm Beach. Have a day at the beach, lunch at the Breakers hotel and Dinner at Palm Beach Grill. With us it will always be a great experience when anyone is visiting!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and Foremost, all glory goes to God, he is at the center of our life. There are a few mentors and individuals who played a major role coaching and guiding us through the process. First and foremost, Patrick Bet-David. You opened doors for us that we never knew existed. Thank you for always being the example and setting the standard at the highest level. Secondly, Rodolfo and Cecelia Vargas. We are forever grateful for your friendship and mentorship. Your belief in us, your coaching and guidance paved the way for our business to grow. Also, we are grateful for our partners and leadership team that we are in business with. We wouldn’t be in the position that we are in without all of these individuals.

Lastly, when you are building a business with your spouse, and you have kids. Remember it’s takes a village- we couldn’t do this without the unconditional love and support we have from our mothers Inayeh and May.
