Hi Yoilan, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
As an artist I have to say that great singers don’t just sing the notes, I express real emotions. Journaling, reading poetry, or living life fully can deepen expressive ability.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Throughout his career, Yoilan has cultivated an authentic and emotional style that connects with audiences through heartfelt lyrics and moving melodies. His versatility has allowed him to excel in both theater and music, fusing Caribbean influences with contemporary sounds.

Yoilan is currently promoting his latest single, “Cuando el amor se va,”. It is a soulful fusion pop song that explores the loss and transformation of love. With this song, Yoilan takes a firm step forward in his musical career, consolidating himself as an emerging voice in the Latin scene around the world.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Lagniappe, Wynwood, Coral Gables, everything that is art related.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely — no one achieves success alone, especially in something as personal and expressive as singing. If I had a “singer’s story,” here’s who I’d give a heartfelt shoutout to family and friends which are the people who sat through early gigs, off-key notes, or endless warm-ups — your belief mattered when I didn’t always have it myself.
