We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexandra Morales and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alexandra, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I initially thought nails weren’t for me—I even told my sister that. But during a difficult time in my life, I turned to nails as a positive outlet. What started as a personal escape became a true passion. I began practicing on myself, then on close family, and eventually opened my page and started taking clients. Taking that leap was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?

What sets me apart is that I don’t overthink—I move with confidence and passion. My love for the craft shows in my work and how I treat my clients.

Faith helped me overcome every challenge. I care deeply about what I do, and I’m always open to growth and feedback.

This industry isn’t easy. You need thick skin and real dedication—but I’m built for it, and it shows.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Miami is such a beautiful city with so much to offer. I’m definitely planning to take her out to a few great restaurants, the beach, some clubs, and maybe check out a museum or two. Jet skiing is one of my favorite things to do here, so that’s a must!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give all the glory to God, and a special thank you to my mom and the clients who believed in me from the very beginning. Their support—especially when I was still learning—meant everything. Without faith, family, and those early clients who trusted me before I had it all figured out, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
