Hi Axel, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor is the will to assist people in the best way possible. Whether through real estate investment, starting a business, or navigating tax on legal structures, our purpose is to provide individuals with the tools and understanding that will help them feel secure and empowered. But more than that, I’ve founded this company on a very deliberated value: We create long term relationships with clients.

Too many are sold something and then abandoned. We firmly believe in the opposite: we’re here to grow with our clients; their success is our success. That’s why we keep providing value, direction, and genuine connection even after the deal is done.

Our brand is based on relationships, not transactions. That long-term mentality is what sets us apart, and what continues to help our community grow organically, day after day.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As a Business Advisor I can help entrepreneurs, as a Realtor, I can get you the best deals in Miami, and I’ve seen first hand how trust and long-term thinking can transform a simple investment into a lasting Legacy. We are not here to just close a deal, we are here to walk side by side with clients, helping them build a more secure and structured future.

One more truth? Perseverance is everything. No real business is built overnight. It takes time, planning, and resilience.

What I want the world to understand about ComienzaEnUSA is that we approach this work with authenticity. We guide our clients with professionalism and care, focusing not just on the transaction at hand, but on building strong, long-term foundations. I’ve been an entrepreneur since 1999, and over the years, I’ve experienced both success and failure. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in this: In business, you can either focus on transactions or relationships, and over time relationships always win.

Whether we’re helping someone invest in Miami real estate, create an LLC, or navigate accountant and tax planning, our mission never changes: humanize the process. Clients are not just numbers or leads, they are real people building their dreams. They might forget what you talked about in a meeting, but they won’t forget how you made them feel about their project or dreams, were they properly heard? Were you kind? Was the service positive? this is what matter most.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d start with a visit to Vizcaya Museum then head over Wynwood to explore the art scenes and grab a bottle of Limorena. The next day I would visit Haulover Beach soaking in that iconic Miami Sun, and wrap it all with a delicious dinner at my favorite Italian spot “Baia Blue” tucked away in the heart of Coconut Grove, you must try the filetto di branzino alla griglia.

Miami has this incredible mix of culture, creativity, and coastal energy making it the perfect backdrop for both business and life.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are a number of people due credit for this journey, but if I had to set aside a shoutout it would go to every entrepreneur who was brave enough to start from nothing. To the people who operate their businesses from overseas, or new immigrants who found their home here, they all share something powerful: Choosing to believe in themselves and take the leap.

Starting a business is never easy. It means facing the unknown, taking risks, and choosing growth over comfort. That kind of determination deserves not just respect, it deserves admiration. These are the people who build communities, create opportunities, and inspire others to dream big. They are the reason for ComienzaEnUSA to exist, and they are the heartbeat behind everything we do.
