Hi Whitney, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My decision to start a business consulting firm was rooted in a deep passion for helping companies grow, improve, and thrive. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience turning around underperforming operations and supporting startups from the ground up. I recognized a consistent need in the business community, whether it was a startup seeking direction, a company in need of operational change, or a business owner simply overwhelmed and needing an extra set of hands.

I realized that my strengths, delivering measurable results, empowering others, and leading teams to reach their full potential, could make a meaningful impact if channeled into a business of my own. I also discovered that true success doesn’t just come from implementing systems and procedures; it comes from teaching others the “why” behind the process and helping them understand how to sustain it. For me, it’s not just about building a plan; it’s about helping others build a foundation they can carry forward each day.

Starting WG Business Enterprises allowed me to merge my expertise with my passion, offering support that equips business owners not just to succeed today but to thrive long into the future.

What should our readers know about your business?
At its core, WG Business Enterprises is about truly empowering business owners, teams, and leaders to succeed. We don’t just consult and walk away. We build relationships, offer real support, and take the time to educate our clients along the way. Whether someone is just starting out, feeling stuck, or trying to scale an already successful operation, we meet them where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.
What makes our work unique isn’t just what we do; it’s how we do it. We take a hands-on, human approach to consulting. Our clients don’t just get advice; they get a team that’s invested in their growth. We combine practical solutions with in-depth knowledge, and we walk alongside our clients as they implement changes, learn new strategies, and build stronger businesses from the inside out.
We’ve worked with companies of all sizes across many industries, helping them increase profits, streamline operations, and strengthen their leadership. But beyond the numbers, it’s rewarding to watch business owners find their footing, regain confidence, and take charge of their future.
Getting to this point hasn’t been easy. I spent years in the corporate world, working across every department I could. I led teams, exceeded sales goals, and managed operations at a high level, but I kept running into the same barriers: poor leadership, lack of opportunity, and environments where feedback wasn’t valued and success at the top didn’t trickle down to those doing the real work.
That frustration became the fuel I needed to take a leap. I left corporate life and started my consulting firm not just to create something for myself, but to help others avoid those same roadblocks. And it’s been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.
Through that journey, I’ve learned that success takes patience, courage, and a willingness to keep learning. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, and challenges are inevitable, but with the right support, they’re also opportunities to evolve.
If there’s one thing I want people to know about WG Business Enterprises, it’s that we genuinely care. We’re here to make a difference for the business, for the people behind it, and for the community it impacts. When our clients succeed, we succeed. And that’s what drives everything we do.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If someone were visiting me in South Florida, we’d start each morning with great coffee and breakfast. There are so many good breakfast spots that we would need the whole week to visit them all. From there, we’d dive into fun activities depending on the person’s interest, whether that is music, sports, art, theater, entertainment, history, exercise, or the works. West Palm is fortunate enough to offer plenty to do both indoors and out, and what they don’t have, you can find just a short drive away. From fabulous beaches and spas to movies and arcades, Palm Beach County truly has something to do for all. There are endless options for good food, sunshine, and great experiences, and that is why it is an amazing place to visit!

While I’ve worked hard to build WG Business Enterprises, I’ve also had the privilege of leaning on some incredible people along the way!
I’d like to thank my family. Their endless support, encouragement, and belief in me have meant everything, especially during the most challenging times of building and growing my business.
