Meet Andrea RODRIGUEZ | Founder and Lead Product Developer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrea RODRIGUEZ and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Andrea, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my brand has been relationships and treating every interaction like it matters. I’ve learned to always take the call, no matter who’s on the other end. You never know where the next great opportunity or collaboration will come from. I’ve seen time and again that the person you least expect can end up being the most valuable connection. I don’t underestimate anyone and I try to show up with curiosity and respect.
I’ve also learned to trust the process, even when I can’t see the full picture yet. Some of my biggest breaks came from situations that felt uncertain at first. By leaning into the work and trusting it would lead somewhere, the pieces always found a way to fall into place

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the founder of Marcha House, a business I built to bring beauty, haircare, and skincare ideas to life from start to finish. We’re a contract manufacturer and strategy studio, so everything happens under one roof: the ideation, the formulas, the packaging, until the product is in hand.
It’s something I’m really proud of because it grew out of years of learning, experimenting, and saying yes to opportunities that sometimes scared me. I’ve had the chance to work on products that went on to win Allure Best of Beauty Awards, but honestly, the most rewarding part is seeing someone fall in love with something we created together.
Getting here hasn’t been easy. I’ve had to juggle so many roles at once and navigate moments where things felt like they were falling apart. I’ve learned to lean on the relationships I’ve built and to trust that even in the messiest moments, the work will lead somewhere good.
If there’s one thing I’d want people to know about Marcha House, it’s that we care deeply about the details. We want the products we make to be beautiful and effective, but we also want the process to feel collaborative and exciting for the people we work with. For me, that’s what makes it worth it.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to give a shoutout to my parents, who have been my constant source of support and encouragement. They’ve always believed in me and reminded me to stay grounded no matter what. I also want to recognize a friend who owns a contract manufacturing company. He’s been an incredible sounding board for my ideas and has given me perspective and encouragement at key moments. Having people who believe in your vision, challenge your thinking, and remind you of your strengths is something I’m truly grateful for.
