We had the good fortune of connecting with Lyndsey Schneider and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lyndsey, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My company was born out of turning my pain into my purpose. I experienced Postpartum Anxiety Disorder & Postpartum Depression twice. I vowed to try to pull myself out of it naturally. I committed to daily meditation, mindfulness, journaling, and eventually learning energy healing. These experiences were a catalyst for my transformation – they led me on a journey of self discovery, connection with my soul, and letting go of habits & patterns that weren’t serving me. Within 6 months, I was a completely different person. I’d never felt more clear and aligned in mind, body, and spirit. I realized I needed to help mothers and future mamas experience this powerful shift for themselves.

I started by creating guided meditations and later The High Vibe Soul Podcast. Eventually I realized I was meant to facilitate energy healing sessions for others, not just myself. So I added this to my offerings. Which led into coaching + mentorship for my clients who wanted to go deeper and really transform!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The High Vibe Soul Company is ever evolving. I’m most proud of listening to my intuition and not putting my company in a box. My offerings are always expanding and shifting, but my niche will always remain the same – supporting mothers and women who desire to become mothers.

I’m also so proud to show my children what it looks like to have a mother who’s following her dreams, instead of following the crowd. It would be so much easier to work for someone else, but I knew in my heart I was meant to create something of my own to help mothers.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that it’s important to get support and automation working for you early on. Having someone who can help edit my meditations and podcasts has been a gamechanger and saved me so many hours. Automating my schedule reminders, intake forms, and newsletter has been beyond helpful too.

I want people to know that it’s never too late to step into your purpose, and that your purpose is going to expand and evolve with you! I opened this company when I was 40 years old, and at the time I knew it would be deeply fulfilling. But I had no idea it would also stretch me and expand my capacity. It would lead me to new connections with amazing soul family friends who I now can’t imagine life without. And it would teach me so. much about myself and my strength.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I live in North Atlanta, so all my favorite spots are up here! Start with brunch at Fellows Cafe in Roswell, then walk around downtown Roswell and pop into all the little shops. Then sit and listen to some live music at one of the many restaurant patios. For dinner, eat at Chelo for the best persian food in North Atlanta or Little Alley Steakhouse for a lively atmosphere. The Avalon outdoor mall for shopping and entertainment is a must, along with a healthy lunch at True Food Kitchen and authentic Italian pizza (they fly in their water from Italy!) at Antico. You would have to check out downtown Alpharetta if you have kids and let them play in the fountains and green space. Then go to Up on the Roof for a beautiful view and casual meal. For brunch, you can’t miss the Nest Cafe and TBB122. For a traditional amazing Southern dinner, Milton’s is a must! Lily Sushi for sushi, Made Kitchen for tapas, or Foundation Social for guaranteed delicious meals. Before you leave, you have to check out one of the many nature trails all over our beautiful area. Roswell Mill has a really stunning waterfall hike with a view of the Chatahoochee River the entire way.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many! I’ve had the most amazing mentors over the years, but the one who has impacted me the most (and continues to do so) is Christina Rice aka Christina the Channel.
