Hi Diana, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I pursued a creative career because I’ve always been deeply connected to music, storytelling, and the power of visibility. From early on, I understood how transformative it can be when an artist, or a woman building her voice, is truly seen and positioned with intention.

Working in music promotion and public relations showed me that creativity goes far beyond aesthetics. It’s about strategy, narrative, and impact. Over time, my work naturally expanded to supporting women as well—helping them build confidence, clarity, and a strong personal brand. Creativity, for me, is a way to create connection, leadership, and meaningful growth, both in the industry and in people’s lives.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My work centers on music promotion, brand strategy, and mentoring women to build intentional personal brands. What sets me apart is my focus on clarity and direction—I don’t believe in visibility without strategy. I help artists and women position themselves with purpose, consistency, and authenticity.

My journey wasn’t easy. It required resilience, discipline, and learning through experience. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success comes from consistency, integrity, and self-belief. What I want the world to know about my brand is that growth is intentional, you don’t need to change who you are, you need to build with clarity and confidence.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d take my best friend to some of the best vegan restaurants in the city, since being vegan is a big part of my lifestyle. We’d grab coffee in the Design District, spend our afternoons at the beach, and enjoy late afternoons at beautiful hotels or rooftops with a cocktail and long conversations. For me, the best plans in Miami always include good food, inspiring spaces, and the ocean.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would dedicate to the artists who have believed in me and trusted me with their dreams. They bring their vision, their courage, and their stories into my life, and together we work to turn those dreams into reality.

Their trust pushes me to grow, to lead with integrity, and to constantly raise my standards. Every collaboration has shaped my journey and reminded me why I do this work—not just for success, but for shared growth and meaningful impact.
