Meet Veronica Romney: I help ambitiously frustrated entrepreneurs EXECUTE strategies to grow their online businesses.

We had the good fortune of connecting with Veronica Romney and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Veronica, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I wanted to start my business because I wanted to create a life that would center around my family. And when you are working for an employer, especially an employer who doesn’t have the same family values as you do; your life, your schedule, and your family schedule are kinda at the mercy of another person.

Therefore, the biggest inspiration for me in taking on all the tasks and starting my own business is so that I can have that freedom – and it’s not just financial freedom but time freedom and the freedom to do what I want, for who I want and when I want. So, I’d say my motivation behind starting my own business is my family; my husband, and my kids.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m very fortunate to have amassed a lot of experience, both in running and launching thousands of different marketing campaigns for my clients and for myself. Also, I have been in the unique situation of knowing what it’s like to be the recipient of good marketing and also to deliver good marketing.

And so all of that said, what differentiates me from other marketing companies and workshop companies is the fact that all of my services are on the foundation of my single greatest strength and superpower, which is execution. I have taken enough personality assessments to be told the exact same thing that I am a high achiever, high integrator, high executioner.

I think there’s a problem in the online business world where a lot of people are consuming so much education and so much content, but very little execution. And if there is one thing that I do better than everyone else is that I can help my students actually execute the strategies that are required to transform their business and their lives.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If you’re coming to South Florida, and you want to get a taste of it, then Miami is the best place to make the most out of your trip. Like how many states do you know that have two or more major national teams? Here in Miami, you can see the dolphins play on Sunday. You can see the Miami Heat played during the weeknight. You can go to listen to Cuba music and dance. You can even take salsa classes.

I mean, there’s just so much beautiful culture and such a diversity of human beings who walk around in here with different languages. So just put yourself in the epicenter of where culture is and where the activity is, and it’s just a lot of fun.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My parents Carlos and Sofia Iglesias, the founders of Air Boca. Both of my parents are entrepreneurs, and from a young age I watched them start a small business out of our garage and grow it into a successful company. Ever since, I’ve always been drawn to entrepreneurial stories.
