We had the good fortune of connecting with Ana Celia Ribeiro and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ana Celia, what is the most important factor behind your success?
A combination of resilience, flexibility and determination. The market changes every day and we do so, without forgetting our goals, values and inspiration. “Love what you do” should be our straight answer!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are (so far) a small neighborhood restaurant making green improvements everyday to show that great changes can happen little by little when a clear purpose is in mind and having the support of the community. We are serving more than food, we are serving unity, solidarity and care to our #LoyalCatrinians
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
No rush to wake up! When ready…
Go for a cycling tour by the Charles River, stop in some of the most iconic restaurants in Back Bay to grab brunch.
From there, walk towards the Public Garden, chill a little bit and enjoy the vibes of local people and tourist passing by. Maybe grab a coffee.
Next to it is the Boston Common and Park street. From there, start the Freedom Trail – the Boston’s historical self guide tour – and end up at The Aquarium.
When the afternoon is ending, pick a good place to eat at North End (Little Italy) and from there… let’s be spontaneous!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My parents! My father was a great business man and my inspiration always on this matter.
