We had the good fortune of connecting with Nandy Gelin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nandy, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
I have always had a fast paced work life. I had a baby a year ago, so I have had to adjust and transition from traveling all the time, putting on events, and just being able to plan on whim, to a more calculated schedule that’s centered around my Daughter.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I love everything about the Real Estate industry. It’s changing everything and there is never a dull moment.  I’m not only a Licensed Real Estate Agent here in South Florida but I am also a licensed Property Manager (CAM) as well.

I am very passionate about people! I became an Agent to be my own boss and create my own opportunities and schedule. I had been working on the Property Management side of Real Estate for years so becoming an Agent was a natural progression. Because of my PM background I started my own property management company called NG Manages. Helping property owners find the right tenants and helping people find a space they can call home is such a great feeling.

I want my brand to be known as the brand you can count on, the brand that’s always working and the brand that has the clients best interest at heart.


Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Here in South Florida, where there is always something to do. (Lol)

My friends and I love relaxation, food and nice scenery. So for a week-long trip we’d probably go to the Keys, Naples, or maybe just do a staycation on South Beach or Fort Lauderdale Beach. Anywhere near the water. Food and drinks would depend on where we are and what vibe we’re looking for, that definitely matters, lol.
