We had the good fortune of connecting with Marc Adam and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Marc, career-wise, where do you want to be in the end?
I would like to be in the position where i have helped the most people with their personal professional journey.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Growing a company in a saturated market could be extremely challenging. Technology has also evened the playing field for smaller firms to create a competitive advantage while also commoditizing services for many organizations.

The most important thing in my opinion are relationships. Developing and nurturing the connections with customer, coworkers and colleagues to lead to long term business success.

MASC Medical focuses on relationships with the clinicians to provide them with the best opportunities.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The Beach. Living in South Florida we have some of the best beaches.

We have a great hospitality industry, amazing entertainment, and an eclectic art/music scene.

That question is too broad but i would cater it to their specific interest.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d have to initially thank my mother for her influence in my professional journey. Witnessing her as an entrepreneur who started her own business and sold it to a fortune 500 company gave me the vision to know that this was possibility for me.

Outside of her, My fiancee, friends, and family are the reason i was able to over come the ebbs and flows of entrepreneurial life.

My MASC family is also a crucial part of my professional development and are the people that create the brand.
